Freeeeeeeeeedom

My plan is finally working! In the morning when I see Mom putting on her make-up I go into my crate like a good boy. Well I noticed that this somehow confused Mom because since she didn't have to chase me around to go in the crate in the morning she started *almost* forgetting to actually lock me up.

WELL ... today she finally forgot and it was glorious!!!!!! O man...I ripped up that garbage pretty darn good - shredded paper towels everywhere!!!! The dryer lint was a little dry but pretty fun too. Mom had some shoes and clothes laying around, but I knew she would be really upset if I touched those so I just left them alone.

Mom musta remembered some how that she forgot to lock me up, because one of her friends came over to put me back in that gosh darn crate. She even had to call to tell Mom how when she walked in she found me sleeping ontop of all my shredded paper towel. Stinkin' people.

Picnic Time!

I finally have enough energy to write this after yesterday! My Mom took me to a picnic with all these people she says are from work or something...it was great! We got out of the car and there were SO many places to dig holes! I couldn't believe it! Mommy brought me right down by the lake and there were geese .. boy were they fun to chase. Then Mommy started laughing at me because I am afraid of the water and wouldn't follow them.. hrmph! I showed her and everyone else though .. I dragged a 7 ft. branch back up to our pavillion and while I chewed on it everyone remarked how much it sounded like bones cracking and I think I scared them a little!

Then more doggies came! There was a german sherpard named Griff, a corgi named Loki and a westie named Stewart. Stewart didn't like Griff and I so much..so Griff and I just played together a bit. He even stole grilled chicken off the table!! I got lots of lovin' from all of Mommy's friends ... they petted me so much ..it was great, I felt like a little king! But none of them would give me any of the tasty treats they had .. all I could eat was my stinky food :( I did get to eat alot of grass and dirt and would you believe it .. I even found worms!! They were really slimey and kinda gross, but I ate them anyway hehehehe.

Everybody started cleaning up after awhile and it was time to go home- good thing, cuz I was pooped! I slept the whole way home and then slept until today! Mommy needs to take me on more picnics!

Cooooooooookies!!

So Mommy totally made up for getting me that stinkin' metal tray; she made me cookies tonight!!! They had peanut butter and cheese and garlic!! Mommy was laughing at me cuz I was running around crazy making sure I cleaned up each and every crumb - they were delicious! Good job Mom!

Mom ruins all the fun!!

Much to my delight I discovered I could shred the plastic tray in my crate!! O boy was this fun, there were pieces of plastic everywhere!! But pretty soon I figured out I could dig through the rug - now that was even more FUN. I made a perfect hole just for Mommy, but she wasn't to happy with me when she came home and called me some funny names I didn't recognize.

Mommy thought she was really smart and bought me a metal tray now, but boy did I outsmart her! I managed to slide out the tray juuuust far enough so I could dig another perfect hole in the rug! Oooooh man was Mommy really mad this time!! I didn't get ANY treats that day. And EVEN worse she put the divider in my crate against the one door and tied it underneath the tray so I can't slide it out anymore!! Not Fun!!!

Guess I'm back to destroying stuffies and kongs and the digging will have to wait for the park! hrmph!
