I was so excited that week, when that human came, every day, to visit me at that horrible dog prison (the pound)! She came every day and gave me treats, but all I wanted was attention, I left the treats and just gave her kisses. I let the other puppies eat my food.
It was the big day, the human came back, with a collar and leash, signed all the papers, and took me to my new home! I was SO excited!! I was 1 year old at the time, still a puppy myself. bol I didn't know what ANYTHING was, when my mommy put me in the car, I was so scared at every little noise it made, and the house, I thought it was just a big car. Even the television, I was nervous around it for days.
I finally made myself at home and settled in with my new family. I'm thankful for my mommy, because my time was almost up in the pound for me.
