Hows my special big boy today? I do miss wrapping my arms around your massive neck, kissing your head and saying "I love you Merlin." I often think of the times when I couldn't see you and I'd call your name, wherever you were you'd come running with a look that said, "Yes Daddy?" That's when I'd wrap my arms around your neck, cuddle you and kiss your head. How I wish I could do that today my boy.

Its very overcast today so its cooler, but its also very humid so I've got my desk fan going. Molly is beside my chair getting comfy to go to sleep. She is so sweet, BUT, at times she drive me bonkers with her barking.

This morning I stopped the dogs running up to the fence and barking when they were let out to do their business. Before they were let out, I went out by the back door and positioned myself between the front door and next doors fence. When they were let out they made a beeline for the fence, spotted me standing there with my torch saying loudly "GET BACK" they stopped dead in their tracks and turned around without a sound. The looks on their faces was amusing when they saw me, it was a sort of "OH HECK, ITS DAD!" look. They did their business and went back indoors for their breakfast.

Time to go play my sweet and wonderful big boy and have some fun with your buddies.
