Hello my beautiful big boy, I hope you have been having fun with your buddies.

Today is considerably cooler, Molly, Spud, Bella and Hobo are outside, they all chased around for a while then flopped down on the ground. Not like you, you would run and run and run for hours on end. You made me tired just watching you. I loved watching you run so much, you looked so regal and majestic my boy.

I had a big lunch yesterday and managed to keep it down, then later on I had a small dinner and then didn't feel too well again. I think I was pushing my luck to be honest, BUT I had a good night and managed to sleep through without waking up. I still feel a little bit sickly but hopefully that will go away soon. I remember when I wasn't well and you wouldn't leave my side, you knew I wasn't well and your love, loyalty and devotion helped me pull through Merlin and for that I cannot thank you enough, whatever I say will never be enough to thank you Merlin. I am so sorry I couldn't help you with your cancer Merlin, that was so unfair on you, you didn't deserve that at all. Sometimes my eyes still well up with tears when I think about it, you were the best friend anyone could have had, and you were mine.

Time to go play my sweet and wonderful boy and have some fun with your buddies.

I love you so much Merlin and that will never change.
