Good morning Merlin, my so sweet and wonderful big boy, I hope you have been having a lot of fun running and playing with your buddies.

Its a very hot day today Merlin, right from early this morning its been a scorcher, the heat kept on waking me up last night and its going to get even hotter next month. I'll be happy when autumn get here and things cool off a bit. Although you loved playing Merlin, you didn't like playing when it was hot like this, you'd prefer to come indoors, find somewhere nice and cool and fall asleep. Bella is laying down in the bathroom on the cool tiles, Hobo is asleep under my bed, Spud is laying down in the living room and Molly is laying down outside my study door.

Mia is making lots of noise as usual, but she is really getting her own little character now, she is so cheeky and so funny with her little facial expressions and to hear her laugh is magical, she has got a deep down giggle which makes me laugh. Oh boy Merlin, you would really love her and I know she would love you so much. Both Molly and Spud are so protective of her, they are always checking that she is OK. It really is beautiful to watch Merlin.

Time to go play and have some fun with your buddies Merlin
