Good morning Merlin my sweet and precious boy.

Merlin 5 years ago today you came home to live with us, what a wonderful and happy day that was meeting my sweet and wonderful boy. 5 years ago today I met the best friend I would ever have, you were only 6 weeks old and so cute. From that day our bond grew and grew until it became unbreakable, even though you are not by my side right now Merlin, that bond is as strong as ever. I love you and miss you so much Merlin, and from that first day I saw you I loved you my boy. I knew you were the one, the one who would be by my side and in my heart always.

Its quite a nice day today my boy, nice and sunny with a slight breeze, not too hot but it could get a lot hotter as the day goes on. I think you would be running and playing until you felt like you needed a little nap on my bed. Did I mind when you jumped on my bed? Of course not, unless I was in it and you jumped on me knocking the breathe out of me.

Mia my granddaughter is really growing up fast, although she can be so naughty at times throwing a tantrum, although her mum doesn't take any nonsense from her. I think Mia will be Granddads girl, because oh boy am I going to spoil her.

Time to go play my sweet and wonderful biy and have some fun with your buddies.
