Today is a sad day

One year ago today Merlin you left us, you left us far too early my sweet and wonderful boy. I don't know why you became ill, you didn't do anything wrong Merlin you didn't deserve it at all. I wanted us to live out our lives together two old boys in the twilight of their years, yet you was taken from me. You were the best loyal, loving and devoted friend I ever had Merlin, no one will ever take your place my boy, no one. I wish I could give you half of the time I have left on earth, so we could cross the bridge together, I love you so much Merlin and I miss you beyond words.

May God bless you Merlin and I swear to you I will never stop loving you or missing you.
