My wonderful big boy Merlin

Good morning my big boy.

It's nice and cool again today my boy, again the sort of day that you and Spud would be running round and round. Spud really misses you my boy, he tries to play with Bella, but she snaps at him, well she is getting long in the tooth now. Hobo simply wants to lay on the porch or run up to the fence and bark at strangers.

It still amazes me how much Spud is like you in his mannerisms and some of the antics he pulls, like you he can be so naughty at times, but in a nice way, just like you.

I miss you every single day Merlin, you are never far from my thoughts. Every time I open your page on Dogster and see how proud you look in your picture. One day when its not so raw over you leaving us, I'd like to get some of your pictures framed. So many people commented on how pretty you were as a puppy and how handsome you look as an adult. I have had many doggies over the years Merlin, but never had the bond we had.

It's time for you to go and play with your friends Merlin. I'll talk to you tomorrow God willing.
