Arrival Story:
Tanner was born c-cection and was handed directly to me upon delivery. Only he, a sister and his mother survived. He has been a true blessing that I am very thankful for!
Bio:
Tanner is the head Demo Dog for my training busines MYTDOG (tm), LLC "My Trained Dog". He is known and loved by many! In 2005, he competed in his first DockDogs event in Dubuque IA. He jump very well, 17-19 feet, but we did not get to compete again until 2006. In 2006 Tanner had many accomplishments on the DockDogs Circuit He placed 4th overall in Dubuque, IA, 6th overall in Roger's MN, 7th overall at the NASCAR event in KC and was invited to the National Chamionships in the Master Division of Big Air where he placed 5th. At the end of the 2006 season he ranked #35 among all Dock Dog Competitors and was the #1 ranked GSP with a 22' 8" average. In 2007, we will be looking to improve our average and maintain a place amongst the top DOCK DOGS in the country as he enters his Veteran season (over 8 yo).
***In 2007 Tanner won TWO Dockdogs National Championships: the Master and the Veteran! He also was awarded the "Gracie Award" and the "Top GSP of the Year" award by Dockdogs. Tanner also placed fourth in the Outdoor Channel Championship Qualifier in Terre Haute, IN and 3rd at the Outdoor Channel Chmapionships in OH! These events will be televised on the "DOCKDOGS" series on the outdoor channel! Look for Tanner to fly on your TV set!
