Hmmm, I wouldn't consider it a trick, more of an annoyance...he'll push you from behind or he'll gently grab you buy the arm to get you oustide to throw a ball for him.

Arrival Story:
My husband and I wanted to get our first dog a companion, so we contacted Long Island Labrador Retriever Rescue, Inc. (http://www.lilrr.org) and they informed us about a big, black, male lab at a shelter. At first I was intimidated by his size (he resembled a horse and was very aloof!) We left the shelter without him, went home and discussed the dog further. My husband convinced me to give him a another shot, so we went back to the shelter that same day. Needless to say we left with Angus. He's such a wonderful dog! A big mush!
