Arrival Story:
I was so lucky that Lisa and Tay picked me to be their baby girl. They came all the way to Scarsdale, NY to pick me up. I was sooo sooo scared. I had never seen them before and I still missed my other mommy. Unfortunately she couldn't take care of me and I didn't know if Lisa and Tay would love me as much. The first night I came to my new home I just walked around the coffee table and growled at Lisa and Tay to show them that I could protect myself despite my 4.5 lbs. They tried to pet me, but I wouldn't let them because I was afraid of them. This made them very sad. Every morning Lisa would wake up and try to pet me and give my yummy food, but I would growl at her because I was still scared. After a week or two, I decided that they weren't so bad. They gave me food and shelter and loved me even though I growled at them. After a while I decided that I would try to love them too and you know what? Now I love them with all my heart. They buy me all sorts of stuff, stuff that I'll never need, but I never say anything cause I know that they want me to have the best. I have bags for all the seasons so that I can go with them wherever they go. They even bought me a Halloween costume and it's only July. Lisa and Tay love taking me to the dog run, I think that they like it more than I do. One of the best things about moving to NYC is that I have a cousin. Her name is Bibi and she is a chi just like me. I luv her, even if she doesn't luv me. I know that slowly she will like me and we will play like sisters. Lisa and Tay make me very happy. They love me no matter what. Even if I am a little mischievous and get into trouble sometimes. I am now wee wee pad trained and we have a little celebration every time I go in the right place. I know that I am now in a permanent home, where I will be happy forever!

Sorry guys. I finally remembered that I had signed up for this dogster thingy, but had not written anything. So I will start from now.
As you all know, I have my forever home with my mommy Lisa and daddy Tay. I love them sooo sooo sooo much. They are the best and they like to spoil me all the time. They take such good care of me that sometimes I have to hide from them cause they dote on me so much.
I am getting a little sad because my Mom and Dad have to go away for a couple of days and are leaving me with my auntie Evelyn. She seems nice enough, but I haven’t decided if I like her or not. She is my cousin Bibi’s mom. I don’t know what to do. I will probably hide in my doghouse cause I will be so scared. I know that mommy and daddy wouldn’t leave me with anyone that they don’t trust, but I am still scared. At least Bibi will be there to keep me company. I will try to be on my best behavior and hope that she likes me. The one person that I am really afraid of is my Uncle Danny. He is really scary and grouchy. I will try not to get in his way.
But enough of all the sad stuff. I think mommy is mad at me and daddy cause we woke her up last night. She doesn’t understand that daddy and I are on different schedules and that we like to play at 3:00 a.m. What’s her problem? We try to be quiet but she still wakes up. I like running all around the house and play hide and seek with my daddy. He chases me and we have so much fun. The only problem is mommy. I wish she was a more sound sleeper. Luckily she didn’t yell at me, she yelled at daddy. At least I didn't get into trouble (hee hee). I do feel bad though because I feel that it is my fault, but daddy said that we will still play.
I can’t wait till mommy gets home. I am getting hungry and want my chicken. Mommy left me some food to eat, but I don’t like kibble. I mean, I will eat a couple of pieces with my boiled chicken breast, but I only do it so that it makes mommy happy. I can’t wait till she get home. No way am I going to eat kibble w/o chicken. As soon as she gets home, she makes me chicken breast. I have trained her well. …when will she be home!!!!? (Note to self: make sure auntie Evelyn know how to cook my chicken).
I am going to go for now, but will write again. I hope that mommy and daddy take me for a long walk today. I love doing that and hopefully we will go to Grandma Nancy’s house. She always spoils me with table food. I know this annoys mommy, but I can’t refuse Grandma, now can I? Hasta la vista, doggies!
