Quick Bio:
-dog rescue

Likes:
Riding in any vehicle - you can't jingle car keys by accident without the dog going crazy and whining to go for a ride!

Pet-Peeves:
Thunder, lightning, fireworks, any other loud noise not made by us.

Favorite Toy:
Squirrels in the yard.

Favorite Food:
Any other dog. Actually, she is getting more socialized. She LOVES venison, marshmallows, whipped cream, and chicken jerky (she turns into the perfectly obedient dog when chicken jerky is involved).

Favorite Walk:
She likes to take us for a walk in the National Park at the end of our street.

Best Tricks:
Whimpering to go for a ride, sleeping, spilling any drink in your hand when she slams her huge nose under your arm so she can be patted, standing perpendicular to you so you can't move.

Arrival Story:
Our last dog was a terrier mix named Miki (doggy Einstein); she lived to be 17, until we had to put her down because of failing health. We missed having a dog around, so my wife started doing research on Wolfies (she has always be facinated by them). I did not care what breed of dog we got, I liked them all. We called the local rescue of Irish Wolfhounds and they told us that they just found one running loose in Cartersville. We told them to bring the dog over. I will never forget when he slid open the door of the minivan and this HUGE DOGZILLA gets out of the car. We went inside the house with this monster dog and that was it. Love at first lick. The rescue folks went through our house to make sure her giant tail would not smash anything in the house. And that was it, we had a new dog- "The Fuzz"

Bio:
In April 2007, Fuzzy developed some sort of nerve condition where she could not control her back legs. After she could not get up under her own power on April 15 and appeared to be worse on April 16, 2007, we had to put her down. She had almost 6 spoiled-rotten years with us. We will miss her forever.
