He loved going for his walks and getting a good long brushing, chasing seagulls, running around the park with Smudge. He LOVES to swim!

Pet-Peeves:
Someone taking the toy he might have wanted. Pete was pretty easy going as long as he had his toys and food.

Any toy's that Smudge or Charlie wanted.

Favorite Food:
Any food. Pete was not picky at all! Pete is no longer worrying about his diet.

Favorite Walk:
Anywhere as long as he was with his humans

Best Tricks:
Sit, fetch, and catching treats when you toss them to him and smile a big golden smile.

Arrival Story:
Pete came to us as an adult; his old owners could not keep him due to their son's allergies.

Bio:
Pete was so sweet and gentle. He was great to have around and kept us active. Pete had made himself right at home and we all loved him so much and always will. Pete and Smudge were the best of buddies and cuddled and played together. Pete had warmed up to his new Golden brother Charlie. Pete was suffering from arthritis and hip dysplasia so he was not as active and could not play like he would like. Pete will always be loved and deeply missed. Today June 9th 2007 Pete will be making the journey across the rainbow bridge. His body can no longer keep him the dog that he was and wants to be. He will be gone in body but not in spirit for he will forever be in the hearts of everyone who has had the pleasure to know him. Every time we are out walking he will be walking beside us.
