Arrival Story:
Ollie was born on Thanksgiving Day!

Oliver has some issues that makes him partially handicaped, you would never know it to see him run & play around our living room. Oliver does not know he has a disability and wants to play just like our other Griffs but he has to lead a slower kind of life. Maggie our senior Griff has sort of become his playmate & protector. We hope he will grow up & lead a fairly normal life. He is very special and he will only be about 4lbs when he is fully grown.

1/10/ 2007 - Oliver has been with us 3 weeks now. He is just nearing 12 ounces in weight. Since dealing with some of the normal puppy issues we can finally see a difference in his coat and energy level. At first he would do nothing but sleep & it was an effort to get him to eat. He is now off formula and is eating soft puppy chow & baby food. His appetite has really increased and he is alert & really playful. He is not able to get his puppy shots as of yet till he becomes stronger. He no longer has the blood shot eyes from the pressure of his brain condition but he still has not grown much more bone. We are hoping in time we will see a little improvement. The vet does not feel there will be much improvement but we keep hoping.
