Arrival Story:
Back in 2002 I finally convinced SO that we just HAD to have a dog. We fell in love with Maddie, a mystery mutt but unfortunately our landlords at that time change their mind and wouldn't let us have a dog anymore. So we went apartment hunting and in May 2002 we were finally officially able to get a dog. We wanted a high energy dog, small- medium size and that's when we came across Charlie. The pound had him listed as JRT X who would get around 40 lbs when fully grown. Perfect we thought! We met Charlie and it was love at first sight, the next day we went and picked him up. He was really aggressive when we first got him but with lots of work we were able to turn him into a fantastic dog. Of course we also very fast noticed that he was anything but a JRT X but that's ok, he rocks! Being an ACD X he's quite a challenge but that makes life just more interesting.
Bio:
Charlie and his brother Joseph were both abandoned when they were tiny tiny little pups... Yet another unwanted litter... So please spay and neuter your dogs, cats and other pets!
