She was abandoned by some creeps who skipped out on the apartments we were managing. She was tied to a water spigot on a cement patio with no cover, no food, no water. I don't know how long she was there. She was on her last leg, could barely walk, skin & bones. But when I saw her bright black eyes, I knew she would be okay. Joe jumped the fence and got her and she's been by my side ever since.
