ANYTHING LOUD!!! Lawn mowers, vacuum cleaners, any yelling or screaming. I'm a gentle, soft-spoken boy. I live by the motto "make cuddles, not noise!"

Favorite Toy:
Shelby, Jojo and any toy Shelby and Jojo play with, and tennis balls, tennis balls, tennis balls.

Favorite Food:
I get to eat pretty much what Mom, Dad, Caroline and Andy give me (along with my dog food diet of course); and when visiting with Shelby and Jojo, it's chicken, liver and rice!! YUMMMMM!

Favorite Walk:
Well, normally when I'm with my family, they show me off everyday around my hoitie-toitie neighborhood in San Jose. When I'm visiting with Shelby and Jojo, we get to go to Fort Funston, Pillar Point Beach, Maverick's Beach and Burlingame Dog park.

Best Tricks:
Looking soooo adorable and sweet, it's so hard to believe I can be the naughtiest of the naughties! And the usual sit, stay, come, and heel.

Arrival Story:
I am actually Max's sitter (and his biggest FAN) when his family travels and has had stay-overs with us (Shelby and Jojo) for over 4 years now. He's pretty much part of our family, too. He has his own special place in the bedroom and in the car.

Bio:
Max is the most easy-going dog I've ever met with a perpetual puppy face and the sweetest demeanor. Wherever we go, humans are compelled to reach out and touch him and the most constant phrase I hear is "What a perfect family dog he is" in size and personality. Little do we realize that when alone with Shelby and Jojo, Max becomes a wrestling instigator, hiding, then pouncing, constantly antagonizing his bully buddies to the point of irritation and a chase. "Success!" he says, "I'm finally being chased....Look! I got the ball! Catch me if you can!!!" Check out the last picture, I'm the leader of the pack at Fort Funston beach.
