Likes:
I like running, destroying my toys, chasing squirrels, deer, and other animals, digging, howling, and I love car rides! Especially if it's a loud car! I also love being with my "boyfriend" Batman. He's the GSP in one of my pics.

Pet-Peeves:
The leash keeps me from catching those darned squirrels...

Favorite Toy:
My stuffed fish, my frisbee, and my BIG dragon mommy found by someone's trash can!

Favorite Food:
Anything that's meat

Favorite Walk:
The woods where I can chase squirrels and chipmunks

Best Tricks:
sit, down, stay, fetch, backup, and I'm good at catching treats. Mom is a photographer and I'm also good at posing pretty for the camera!

Arrival Story:
Zero was dumped in my neighborhood in the summer of '04. I'm guessing it was someone who must've thought she was too big and too much work- she does have a strong will and personality. Estimated by our vet to be about 9 months of age, she was very skinny and very skiddish, but it didn't take her long to warm up to me. Before I was officially allowed to keep her, she got loose and my neighbor spotted her and called the pound. She was scheduled a date to go into the gas chamber and was labeled as "vicious" for defending herself when the warden physically picked her up and threw her. It was a week long battle to get her out of there but we finally did. Her daddy (my boyfriend) paid the fee to get her out of the pound, and she is happy to be home with her new family. She also was in 4H for my final year, and did very well. I showed her at the Hartford Fair here in Ohio and she did extremely well for her age but she did not place. She is very playful but also can be very protective, and she has grown to become a wonderful and loving dog. She has never shown any aggressive behavior whatsoever.

Bio:
Zero is obviously part German Shepherd, but we don't know what else she could be! Some people think she's part lab, pharaoh hound, carolina dog, and even coyote! She does howl, but many breeds can do this, so we'll never know for sure! Although she is female, she was named after Zero, the dog from the movie The Nightmare Before Christmas (he was male but I liked the name and wanted something unique). She is such a beautiful, good girl! I am a photography student and I love taking photos of her, she's a beautiful subject. I hope to make her famous! Her first claim to fame is being featured on luvmutt.com on November 22, 2207. You can also find Zero at petpop.com! Her URL is: http://www.petpop.com/Zero
