Birthday: January 1st 1997 Likes: Having a warm bed and full food dish Pet-Peeves: Strangers at the front door Favorite Toy: She's not much for toys but loves a good bone Favorite Food: Canidae Favorite Walk: Anywhere that she can chase birds and squirrels Best Tricks: She loves carrots and can jump up and catch them in her mouth Arrival Story: Sophia was supposed to be put to sleep in the shelter and wasn't even available for adoption. Luckily, I knew the right people and was able to steal her away from the shelter before she was euthanized. She has cancer, and we don't expect to have her a long time because she's already very old. But any time she has with us is better than dying in a shelter.
Sophia's honestly one of the sweetest, most loving dogs I have ever known. I wish we could have owned her in her younger years, but I am blessed to have this sweet girl in my life. We cherish every day she's here with us. I've Been On Dogster Since:
