Arrival Story:
Lucas was pulled from a shelter in IN just before Thanksgiving. He was taken from his previous owner, who was withholding food and water from him and another dog. He was skin and bones, but has started to put on some weight. He is very friendly, but isn't sure about men. He wants to like them, but is scared. He runs and barks at them.
