Arrival Story:
Five years ago, I saw a picture (on the internet) of a baby mini dach sitting on a hot dog bun. It was the cutest thing I had ever seen so I printed it out and hung it on the door of my apartment. I named the little dog in the picture Cupcake hoping my boyfriend would feel sorry for me and buy me a dog. For five years, I begged and begged, and every year, I was turned down. Finally, in August as I was sitting in a hotel room after being flooded out of my apartment for the third time in a month, I got the greatest birthday present ever!! A 4-pound mini dach was delivered to my hotel room in my sister's purse! I was so happy I cried and have been happy every day since then. :-)
