I was walking to pick up my mail when my neighbor came over to me and asked if I knew anyone that wanted a dog--not paying much attention I asked if she was giving her dog away--No she said, this one--I looked up and she was holding this dirty smelly little dog--you would never know this was a poodle--she had just picked her up from a woman who had rescued her--I was told that she was three but didn't know the birth date--The first three years of her life were hell-she was beaten and kicked-had broken ribs and never had her own food-just leftovers--The people that had her kept breeding her so they could make money for drugs--
The happy ending is that I did take her-she gets along very well with my Kat(Nikko) and everyone one else--She is now a very healthy and happy dog--I could not have picked abetter dog if I tried--
