Arrival Story:
Bane used to be a service dog for the handicapped. Unfortunatly his owner could no longer care for him, so we lucked out and he became our baby.He came to us for a weekend for a "try-out" to see if he did well here. The first day he barked at the pizza guy like he was saying this is my house, and took a nap with us on the couch. I think he decided that he would live here and adopted us pretty much!!!

Bio:
Bane spent the first year of his life at a woman's prison training to be a service dog for MS. Now he is pretty much just a spoiled rotten brat. Although he is a pet to us now he does need to work a little, so he feels needed (or he pouts). I let him help bring down the laundry or he will tear it out of my hands. Or I accidently drop something so he can pick it up and give it to me. Every once in a while we go over his commands (he knows 78 of them)and he remembers most of them with some coaxing. Most of all he is a wonderful loving sweet boy who is smarter than any dog I've ever come across.
