Arrival Story: A friend was going to the R.S.P.C.A to get a puppy. I went also, not to get one as we had 4 other dogs. BUT what happens.. a set of eyes made me melt . We got female puppy and named her Bella. We picked her up the next day.Three days after she became ill...it was Parvo, my friends puppy had the same. Sadly Bella died 5 days after taking her to the vet, my friends puppy lived. Out of a litter of 8 only 3 survived. We rung the pound and they said we could get a refund.....but what does a doggie lover do......we were told there was a litter that was being hand raised as the mother had died 2 days after they were born. We went and saw them, there were 8 puppies, and we picked Daisy..Will my husband did. We picked her up 5 1/2 weeks later. It was such a long wait until she was ours
Bio: Daisy's father was handed in also, so we were lucky to know what her two breeds were, he was a Border Collie and her mother a Dalmation. Any body who she meets she SMILES at them..a bit scary as you see these white teeth looking at you, but she is the biggest sook....

Today 1st Decemeber, and it is our first day of summer.......will if you were here you would think it was the start of WINTER...
You see Mum & Dad went out and they had JUMPERS on ....it was cold and really windy.....and is was only about 20C ( 68F)..
BUT by the end of the week it is going to ber VERY hot.......I wish our weather can make up it's mind...........at least by the end of the week I will be able to go and walk around Zac's pond ! ! ! ! ! ! !
After yesterday being sooooo hot, you just can't believe that to -day was..........
so much cooler.......it was windy and we had a little bit of rain.....
and temp was ONLY..... 21c... ( 70F)
Last night it did not get cool until VERY late, it really took it's toll on me most of today. Mum said next time she might have to hose me down even if it is late at night.....will one thing I know is I won't complain, I LOVE water.....
Mum said it will be cool for a few more days, BUT then it will be hot again...OH NOOOOOOOO.............
Will have to make sure Zac will share her pond with me......better ask her tomorrow..................
We are just getting near the end of our spring here in Aussie Land. The 1st December will be our start of summer...... that is when you would think we would have our HOT weather....will you would.....
BUT today..........
Mum, Dad & my Sally all had to go out in the middle of the day....will that is not unusal, but today when they left they put the air cooler on....will that was really funny as they don"t ever do that........
All us furs sleeped while they were away.......but when I came to think about it Mum did not put our birdies out......they were left inside with us......
When us furs heard our car come home we all started to bark and get all happy...they Mum came in the back door first.....we were all waiting to greet her then it HIT us.....it was SOOOOOOOOOOO
HOT HOT HOT HOT.....
We did not want to go for a " toot toot " run when they came home...
Mum said it was 41 c ( 105 F ) today outside.
Even now it is about 9.00pm and Mum said the temp is still around 340c (93F)
We don't have such high temps this time of the year, warm but not this hot.....
We have had a few warm/hot days, and this year I don't seem to cope to will with the hotter weather.
Mum said it is good I like water as she will have to hose me down during the summer on the really hot days..
We all like to eat water ice blocks so Mum said that is good to help us.

Tripod seems to be better since he has had his hiar cut ! ! !
Mum told all of us that it will be cooler for the next few days then it will start to get hot again...... OH will, just have to wait and see.......
One thing that was good is Dad did not have to go out and fight bush fires.......we all get very worried when he has to........There are a lot burning in other parts of out State....We all pray and hope they put them out real soon.....
Just a thought ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !.....may be we should move to where there is some snow.....just for a little while ! ! ! ! ! !
