Arrival Story:
We love this story! A friend of our human Mom and Dad's family had a purebred Rott (our dog Mom) who couldn't resist the charms of the Yellow Lab (our dog Dad) across the field. The litter consisted of only 3 pups (all girls). Our human parents came and met us when we were 4 weeks old. Then, at 7 weeks, we all went to their house and got puppy-aptitude-tested (Mom and Dad originally wanted us to be SAR dogs). They picked me and Lisa, and our other sister went to another very nice family.

Bio:
We have a huge 1,000 sq ft gravelled playpen, an enclosed day-kennel (enclosed on the top and bottom as well, because Lisa can get out of ANYTHING), and 2- & 6-year old cat brothers. In the summer Mom and Dad set up a kiddie pool for us to play in. Lately I have been helping Mom harvest the onions and shallots in the garden... but ever since that last shallot, there have been shiny dark green things [jalapenos. -ed] sprinkled around the other vegetables. Mom keeps telling us that we should try them instead of the onions. Some of our more memorable meals from the past: the kiddie pool, a Tarzan ball, a styrofoam spigot insulator, an aluminum grill pan, one string mop, a couple xmas ornaments, too many cat toys to mention, a pair of Mom's sandals, 2 dog beds, a bougainvillea, multiple cymbidiums, lavender, fuschias, and the handles on Dad's wheelbarrow. We ROCK!
