Arrival Story: I was left at the a vet clinic, for ear infection and my owner just signed me over to the clinic, but before that then i was 3 years old i lost my front leg in a trap on the farm I lived on had a litter of pups and I guess being a Lab I was always in to something so I don't think my owner really wanted me ,so they left me at the vet office. I lived there as the clinic for years the clinic used me as a blood donor ...but I didn't mind ..I was helping sick pups get well ...., till we hired a dog groomer. I just knew she want me so I turned on the charm and it worked and she adopted me December 18 2001 and my life started over. I have been sick all my life with one thing or another, stomach problems ,leg problems. But i got a few great years going to the lake and swimming and boating and walks , I call it sniffing the good sniffs. With a family of dogs that loved me and care for me Maggie and Casey and Carrie . I lived it up ,then in September 9 2003 my front leg went out on me and i couldn't walk anymore, so my human mom just carried me everywhere . She worked for the vet so i went to work everyday with her it was great...But in April 27 2004 I started to have strokes...and never wanted to be out of Mom sight...but she just pick me up a carried me with her...love is what that is....and it still there..the love.
Bio: Daisy lost her fight for life on September 23 of 2005. She was a loved little dog by everyone and missed by me and her dog family Maggie, Casey, and Carrie. She was the most happy dog with all the health problems to many to say she always made me happy and I miss her so. Someday we will see her again.
