Pepeiao's Diary

So Excited!

I'm so excited. I got to use mommy's big email box for the first time today. That is because my new dogster pal named Charlie is going to give mommy some instructions on how to make my dogster page look pretty. I can't wait and hope my mommy will find some time to do it. It may even have music mommy says! I will share it with my sister Maile Nei and my catster brother too so their pages may look 1/2 as nice as mine is gonna look!

The King vs The Princess

I am King of the house - my sister Maile Nei is only the Princess - so I rule. In my world Kings over rule the Princess. Besides that I bite! Maile doesn't. I mean look at my pictures you tell me who is King!

Mommy says that my having friends may keep me busy enough to help me stop picking up my leg so much (a bad habit I have!). After 11 years you would think mommy would know you can't teach an old dog new tricks!

I am very spoiled and have been for 11 years if you haven't figured that out. I don't anticipate that changing very soon. I have learned to share mommy (only a bit) with my sister. You can guess who sleeps the closest to mom at night!

We spent all morning taking Maile Nei to the Vet and then to get her new food. Seems it was all about Maile. I felt sorry for her though because she had to spend a long time at the Dr.

After the Dr. Mommy took both of us to the park and we had fun. Maile played fetch and I just picked up my leg a couple of hundred times every where and any where I could.

I also did some extra checking to see if anyone might have left a few scraps of food behind. No such luck! Darn! I Can't wait for the weather to warm up and picnics to start. They are great for food dropping at the park. As you can guess I am a food scavenger. It is because of my thyroid that I am always looking for food and can't seem to help myself. I take medicine for it but I still want food!! Mommy is always yelling at me for finding treasures in the park that don't belong to me.

Mommy's Bed

Mommy says I am a good boy. She said I did really good in sharing her room with my sister Maile. This was the first time. Usually I have mommy's room all to myself. I was a good boy and shared moms bed with Maile. We made a mess of it. It looked like mom had just slept in it. I am hoping Maile will learn to make the bed before mom comes home from work. After all she is the sister and should possess some of those female qualities. And if nothing else she is the big body after all I only weigh 12 lbs and could not have messed up the bed!
