My Daddy and human sister and brother drove over 300km to a place call Tamworth to get me and my sister. They did not have me picked out, the lady who was my first mummy, Fiona said they could have me also as I did not have a home yet...lucky me....When I got home I found out I would have a instance family, I would have 4 other doggie famliy waiting for me. Mum had not gone on to our pages till late to day as she had something real important to tell my Pals.....

WALKING.....Yep....WALKING.....
Not very far, but I am MOBILE....
I do have a curve in my back when I do walk,and my back leg goes outward, and one of my front paws is a bit twisted. I have tried to run...not a good idea.I thought Mum was nearly going fall over herself when she went to grab me !!!BOL BOL
I can't and won't be able to walk up our stairs, so the ramp is still on the agenda....
So is the wheel chair, but now I think I wont mine having one then Mum wont have a "fit" if I take off and run !!!!!
The only thing I do miss is being able to jump on the lounge with all the other furs, and all my Human family.....
BUT..... I have them train..I bark until they HAVE TO lift me up, BOL BOL BOL.....
I have some good news.
First my Pal Sydney suggest that I try some water therapy. Will Mum said we dont have anything like that near us, BUT we have the beach, so Mum & Dad have than me there for a swim....lucky I like water!!
Now the really good news.......I'm getting up and pulling myself around.....
Mum does not even have to wipe...you know where !!!! as I stand long enough for the "action" to happen. BOL BOL
I also have feeling in my toes & tail when Mum squeezes them....
BUT I'm still naughty as I take myself down the stairs.....I'm to quick for Mum to shut the wire door so I can't get out !!!
But the only problem I keep forgetting when I go down I can't get Up.......now I have that covered....I just keep barking till someone gets me.....
Mum said I will still need the wheelchair, but then I will be able to go for walks again.......Hurry up Mum...I need my Chair !!!!
Mum has taken me out on to on our lawn. I can drag myself around...and it is soft on my tummy. The old back legs still really not doing what I want them to do......
I still have my doggie play pen..still DON'T like it...Tonight I barked so much that Dad took me out of it and sat on the floor with me....
Mum said we are going back to the Dogtor in the New Year....for another check up....and work on a plan for me.....I heard Mum say there is a chance that I will probably have a new set of wheels. If it does happen My Lara said that she would make me look PRETTY.....
WHO ...ME,...PRETTY....NEVER....Handsome..yes, BUT pretty....
Wonder what she would do..NO NO NO....one of her favourite colours is.....P I N K .......
I dare not think about what she could do....
OH PLEASE LEGS get working....pink is for NOT ME !!!!!

Will, the Dogster Family, I and all My Furs have are just so wonderful.
I have had wonderful letters of help and support with Mickey's problem.
All I can say is "Thank You" and it just feels not enough....
