Arrival Story:
I took Bella in from a friend who's friend had a litter of "unwanted" puppies. The person could not afford to have anymore dogs and I just so happened to want another dog. If they couldn't get anyone to take the dogs they were going to take them to the humane society, and I could not stand the thought of that! I actually took Bella and a one of her brothers(Buddah), home to show my friend who was also looking for a puppy. I wanted a boy dog because I had a girl at home already. Well, everytime I would hold Buddah he would start to wimper and cry. My friend would pick him up and he was fine. SO...I started having second thoughts about keeping the boy. I told my friend I would take the girl!! :) And that is the story of me and my Belly!!
