Something New at Dakota's House

Well, it's been a busy month in March and Mom still hasn't taken me on any long car rides. Lots of promises of some to come but nothing yet. She does go over to Dakota's house a lot more than she used to and is leaving me home until one day last weekend when Dakota and her mom and dad came over with something or should I say someone "new". No, it is not another dog for me to compete with but it's a small "human"! Well, I sniffed it and all it does is cry and make everyone pay attention to it more than to me. I will have to investigate more when this new human is around and see if I can get some more respect like I'm used to.

My Life Lately

My life so far has been very exciting - I get to go on all kinds of road trips with "MOM".

But lately I notice a few changes going on. We don't go on our trips as much as we used to and there's something going on over at Dakota's house because we go over there alot lately.

I used to be the "Princess" around here but when Dakota came along I had to make her bow down so I could still be the center of attention but I have a weird feeling that something else is going to happen soon.
The winter has not been too bad this year - that must be why "MOM" hasn't taken me in the car for some long car rides to California or Delaware. "MOM" promises that we will take a road trip soon and I'm looking forward to that. Otherwise I will just lay around and not do too much cuz if I go out and get all muddy, I will need another bath and I'm not as good at hiding as I used to be.
I can get fiesty and chase the cats about the house but that gets boring after a while.

I guess I'll sit back and watch what's going on lately.
