The Adventures of Ming Ming

My First Vacation

Mom and Dad took off to Puerto Vallarta for Thanksgiving and I got to go to Auntie Sam's to bond with my cousins Shaggy & Misha. Did I ever have fun! I got to eat good dog food (not that all natural crap that my mom tries to feed me), I learned to walk on a leash and got taken for walks (ok, it was a bit rough at first, but I got the swing of it!), and I got to sleep IN THE BED! Can you believe that? Ever since those 20 peeing on the bed incidences my Mommy doesn't let me sleep with her, but maybe now that I've proven myself on vacation, she'll give in. I had SUCH a great time at Auntie Sammy's but I did miss my parents too. I wish we could all live in one big house so that I didn't have to choose! Oh well.

A year in the life...

It's sad to say that Ming Ming turned 1 in May and this is the first update I've done for her. It's been a crazy ride with my little Mingers. After challenges with her peeing & pooping every where, to chewing up all of my son's toys, to completely destroying all of my outside irrigation and electrical lines - we've emerged a healthy and happy family.
I swear it was the day of her Birthday that she suddenly changed - no longer this out of control puppy that jumped on everyone that came to visit, she now prefers cuddling and laying around the house or playing in her big backyard. A few months ago our neighbors moved in with "MOO!", and what I was sure would be a Ming Ming mauling, turned into the cutest and most loving lil doggy friendship ever! We have a hole under the fence for her to go back and forth and she now has the run of TWO huge yards and the love of "MOO!", in addition to the detest she gets from Harley (our 8 years old, 18lb black pussy!).
Ming Ming is a very sweet & silly girl who tends to leave an impression of everyone she meets. She's little, but mighty, and we wouldn't trade her for the the world!
