I have been sooo busy!!

Dear Diary,
I am sorry that I have not written in a very long time, but I have been so busy. I have been busy with our garden, and all the flowery things that Mommy and Daddy planted, it takes me a long time to try and water all of them!! Geesh, what is a guy to do? Mommy tells me to quit watering her plants, that she will take care of them, I am just trying to help her. My brother Hank is doing fine. We think he got beat up by a girl dog, but Daddy said we couldnt make fun of him for doing that, something about instinct and all that stuff. Those awful cats are doing good too. Hermie follows me around all the time, she drives me nuts. Mom says she wants to be my girlfriend, but I am not having any part of that!! We have been so busy during the spring and summer. My uncle came down from Indiana for a few days. My human brother and sister have been coming to see me alot this summer. We had a big ole party for my grampa he turned 60 this year. My grampa and gramma from Indiana came down twice to see me. My mommy had a birthday too. We had cake at both parties, it was sooo good!! I had to go to the dr last week. I hate going there, Mommy always tricks me into getting in the car, she makes me think that I am going to go for a hamburger and then, lookout, here we are at that vet place. I have to come up with a new plan the next time that happens. I will try to write to you more now since most of my yard work is done for awhile. Talk to ya soon. Buster G

What's next!!

Dear Diary,
Well, I am still trying to do my dance with everyone, but mommy and daddy keep telling me NOOOOOOO! Daddy keeps calling me HUMPY, and I keep trying to tell him my name is BUSTER! Bad news Diary, mommy ran over Hank yesterday with her JEEP. He was chasing us in the Jeep and he ran out in front of us. Mommy and daddy had to take him to the hospital. They brought him home and said he had to take medicine and said I couldnt go out and dance with him, that he wasnt feeling all that great. But he is feeling better and they said he is going to be ok, just a little sore. Daddy said hopefully this will teach him not to chase at cars, cause if he keeps doing it, I think they are going to put him in jail or something to lock him up. I know I wouldnt like that, and I bet Hank wont like it either, but if it keeps him alive then they will have to do that. Mommy said my human brother and sister are coming over this weekend. My human brothers birthday is tomorrow. I hope we have cake..yummmy!! Well it is naptime again for me. I will write more later. Buster G

Happy New Year

Dear Diary,
Well, we all survived the New Years Eve!! We had so much great food. Everything smelled so good. I got some summer sausage, which is my absolute favorite. Then at midnight, mommy and daddy and me all hugged and kissed. Then mommy and daddy drank some sparkling grape juice, and toasted to how much fun we all were going to have for this coming year. I didnt like the grape juice, it was kinda sour to me, but it sure was fun getting some extra loving from mommy and daddy. We all slept late today, well, I got up and made mommy let me outside, then when I came back inside, instead of me getting back into bed with daddy, mommy did too, and we took a long nap. It has been a very good day. We have ate, and ate and ate. Mommy made cookies tonight too and daddy grilled out. I got some of the steak. Man, my daddy sure is a great cook..the steak was yummmmy!!!!! I would have liked to have alot more. We watched football games, and ate and watched more tv, and some of us, well ok just me, took some naps. All of this holiday stuff sure wears me out. I think tomorrow will be a super day too, mommy said something about outside if it is nice. I sure hope it is nice. I love outside. I think it is time for another nap. My human aunt in Indiana, sent me a picture of my cousin Maggie. Me and mommy call her Magpie heeheehee. So I thought we would put it on here for everyone to see! My auntie is supposed to be putting Magpie on here, but she is real busy. Its naptime again, so I will write some more when I get some free time. Being KING of the house here, sure is alot of work, but I dont mind, being KING is a very good thing. Later Diary. Buster G

I forgot to tell you. The new thing in our house that has the same colors as me, the calico thing, well, I guess she isnt one of my kind after all. I have been a naughty boy..if you know what I mean!! heeheehee...well how was I to know she is a cat and not a dog?? Daddy has been calling me HUMPY, I try to tell him my name is Buster, but he just laughs at me. Mommy says I need a girlfriend, I think they might be trying to find me one to get me over the dance I have been doing lately, oh well, I am still KING...Later on D. The Busman!! :)

Somebody help me, my life is falling apart!!!!!!!!!

Dear Diary,
I sure dont know what I did, but my life is falling apart. Christmas was really good. My human bro and sis came to visit me for that week. I got lots of good presents and lots of attention too. It sure was fun seeing my sissy and brother again, I miss them alot. They are fun. They give me treats when mommy and daddy arent looking heehee!! But now, I think I am having a nervous breakdown. Yesterday, mom took me to the vet, cause I kept scratching at my ears. She just wouldnt understand that I was ok. So off we go! Talk about disaster from the get go. First we got there, and I jumped out of the Jeep and peed on the tire, like I usually do. Then I saw this great big old pasture...and I was thinking..woohhhoooo! Here I come!! Boy, is mom quick,she got to me in the nick of time. Oh well maybe next time. Then, in we go. I am usually not too bad at the vets office, but today I was in a mood. They had to muzzle me. It went from bad to worse. But, they got me all cleaned up and my ears do feel alot better. Then we went home and I thought I would get a big old treat like I usually do. WRONG!! Mom said I wasnt good at the vet, so no treat for me. Then today, mom told me I was Dog of the Day on dogster.com. Well, I dont know if she realizes it or not, but I am always dog of the day!! Mom called everyone and told her, she also sent them to the website to see me. Mom said I am getting all kinds of emails and people want to be my friend. And I say, bring it on!! Hopefully, some hot little momma will see my pic, and want a piece of me heeheehee.
Then later this afternoon, mom and dad came home with another kitten. I dont know what its name is, but she is the same colors as me!! I think it is another beagle, and they just told me it was a kitten. Its a calico, whatever that is. I keep asking for them to get rid of the other cats, and Hank, and geesh, they go and bring in another one! What am I to do?? Well, its about time for me to have another nap. At least in my dreams, all those other things here in my home are gone haahhaha. But mommy still calls me the KING. I wil write some more later on. Hope my life gets better. What a bad day I had!!

Dear Diary,
What an awful day I had yesterday. First, I got up, went outside, and Hank is still here, geesh, isnt he ever going to leave? But it was nice outside so I took a stroll outside, went and checked out my yard and came back inside, for what I thought I was going to get a yummy treat. Boy was I wrong! Mommy gave me a rotten bath!!! So after it was all over, I ran around the house like a crazy dog. Shook water all over the bathroom, rolled all over the bed, and the around the house. I was going at least 100mph. Daddy said it looked like I was at Bristol Moter Speedway, as fast as I was going!! Then it got better, Mom gave me some delicious summer sausage, which is such a treat for me, it is my absolute favorite. Mommy told me I was a very good boy during my bath. I think tomorrow, if it is nice outside, I just might have to go over to the neighbors cow pasture for a little rolling around heeheehee!! Mom and Dad also told me that my human brother and sister are coming next week for Christmas, so I know it is going to be a wonderful week for me!! Hopefully the next time I write, those pesky cats and that hyper Hank will be gone!! Love, Buster G.

My Life

Dear Diary,
Geesh, where do I start. Well, I guess from the begining. My mommy adopted me and I lived with her and pawpaw and mawmaw. We lived in Indiana for 6 years. Then one day my mommy met my daddy and we moved to Texas. We had a long ride to Texas, but mommy and daddy said I did really good. I moved to my new place and had a new friend named Andy. He was a poodle, and he was fun to sniff. But I really liked the little gal named Miss Ellie. Now she was smelling good to me. Then one day mommy and daddy brought this 2 things in called kittens. Hermie and Deuce. Geesh, they were annoying. Then one day on our walk, I found a kitten, and we brought her home too. So then I had my own kitten and her name is Peaches. Mom and dad bought us a new house out in the country and we moved in. My auntie and uncle from Indiana came down for a visit, and then so did my mawmaw and pawpaw. It was fun seeing them again. But then in the mean time, my mom and dad found this other dog. They named him Hank. He looks alot like me, but they say he is a mix, whatever that means. But he stays outside, because they said I was the KING, and I ruled the house, so out he went. And boy was I glad. First those pesky cats, and now this. Diary, I think I need thearapy. I know mom and dad still love me, but I just wish Hank would go away. He is kinda fun to run around with, when mom and dad arent looking that is. I had my 8th birthday and I got a big old steak all to myself. I guess mom and dad do really love me after all, cause Hank and the cats didnt get anything ahahhaa. Well diary, I guess I will close for now, I will write more later. I think it is time to take a nap. Bye for now. Buster G.
