Likes: attacking sprinklers Pet-Peeves: fleas & being left alone Favorite Toy: socks Favorite Food: donuts Favorite Walk: the neighborhood Best Tricks: eating without chewing Arrival Story: We were at the pound when I came upon a sweet looking dog who sat when I told her to, so we adopted her but when we got home that sweet calm dog disappeared, and shes been hyper ever since, and I wouldent love her any other way. Bio: We were Sheena's second adoptive family. The people at the Humane Society told us her whole history. She was first brought to them as a tiny little puppy. She didn't take long to get adopted - she only weighed 3.5 lbs. Then a little more than a year later she was brought in to the shelter by a man who said she had been living on the streets. He took her in for two weeks while he tried to find her owners but brought her in when he couldn't. Of course as soon as the vet examined her they knew who it was because of her tattoo.Apparently her original owners no longer wanted her. Why I'll never know because she is a great dog. Anyway, up she went for adoption again. Only now she was an adult dog facing stiff competition from all those puppies. She'd been there about a month when we came across her. She was calm but looked up at us with such a hopeful expression when we walked by. Then the tail started thumping. I knew this was the dog for us. I've Been On Dogster Since:
