Ginger's trip to the vet

I don't feel very good

I've been having trouble walking around. I kind of stumble all over the place. I can't make the jump onto the couch anymore and all I feel like doing is sleeping. When my mom got home from work the other day I saw the leash come out and got very excited. Then I realized I was going to the vet! I cried all the way there in the car. When we finally got there 20 min later I hid under the chairs until my mom made me get onto the table. Dr. Gayle says I'm her favorite patient she gave me a big hug. Then out came the needle! She took a little of my blood and gave me a bandaid. A little later she came back into the room and told my mom that I was anemic and may have some arthritis. She gave my mom 3 different meds to give to me on top of the meds I'm already on for my epilepsy. Now that makes me even more sleepy. I sleep all day long except to go out to pee. The Dr. says it will take a while to get better and I have to go back once a week for more bloodwork! Yuk! But for now I'll just pick a spot on the couch and relax.
