Arrival Story:
After years of being a college student with too many leases under my belt, I finally bought a little place. I immediatly fenced the yard and installed a doggie door. Two weeks later I found my baby and brought her home- she has had the run of the place ever since...

I talk about my dog like most people talk about their kids. She is my child and is super spoiled to boot! She is really sweet, loving and a bit obnoxious at times but I can't help but devote my life to her. Can't imagine my life without her....

I got up and walked 2 1/2 miles- great! I played hide the ball under the couch. It's fun! I push the ball all the way under the couch or bed and then make Grandma get it. Then I do it again. I helped Grandpa water the plants- in and out, in and out. Mom called- she didn't forget me! I can't wait to see her. I'm going to chew on a ball for awhile to pass the time.

I got up and walked 1 1/2 miles. I played ball, waited in the laundry room for Grandma to shop and then played chuck-it. I was really panting. I went to bed but found a pile of newspapers and had fun shredding them. I didn't have my ball so I took a golf ball out of the basket and ate it.

I had a nice 1 1/2 mile walk with Grandpa. Then Grandma put me in the laundry room when the bridge ladies came. I really wanted to play bridge too! I got my paw under the door, stuck my tounge under the door, whimmpered a little and scratched a little. They wouldn't let me play. When it was over I said hello to the nice ladies. They thought I was adorable. Most of them said they used to have dogs and miss their dogs sometimes.
I love going to the bathroom with Grandma. I try to get in the bathroom first and sit in front of the toilet. Then I watch everyting- quite interesting!
Oh, I forgot! I watched World Cup Soccer this morning. There was a great ball bouncing around. Too bad the US lost but it was a great game. The TV is at my level in Grandma and Grandpa's bedroom and I like to stand in front of it.
