Likes: He loves to be in your lap, attention, playing catch and fetch.
Pet-Peeves: He does not like to be brushed, picked up, or have his back feet touched.
Favorite Toy: A small turtle which he loves to carry around in his mouth.
Favorite Walk: His previous owners walked him 5 to 6 times a day. He loves to go for walks and is very good on the leash.
Best Tricks: He understands come here, sit, shake, backup, go over there, in the house, out, go pee, go potty, in the cage, drop it, no barks
Arrival Story: I'm fostering Nicholas for Schnauzer Rescue of the Mid-Atlantic. Please contact them if you'd like to apply to adopt him.
Bio: Nicholas is 2-1/2, neutered, s/p, and a big boy, but it's not fat or anything. He's very sweet, follows me around the house, and his tail wags a mile a minute when I give him love and attention. He's housebroken, crate trained, and gets along with dogs *and* cats (previous owners have 6 cats and a yorkie). He *LOVES* to play with Shakespeare and Lacey. Nicholas' fur is very soft and looks like it has a 'curl' to it almost. Nicholas came with his (big) bed, toys, bowl, and treats. He would make a wonderful furboy for some lucky family!
p.s. That's his turtle toy in his bed next to him. :)
