I am smarter than I look

Well, we have moved to the new house and Mom thought that she had found one with a fence that would keep me in. All I can say is that I am smarter than she thinks. Last week I found a board that was loose and kept pushing on it until the nails let loose. I left the yard one morning when Dad put us out for our morning potty break. When he went to let us in I was gone. Well that meant he had to wake Mom up and they went looking for me. While they were looking I got back into the yard and was waiting on the deck like I had never left the yard. Mom thought that I had dug under the fence but found my loose board. Bummer, so she replaced it and put it on with deck screws saying that should keep me in. While she was fixing it the neighbor told her that I had been out the day before, snitch. All I can say is that I am already working on my next escape plan. HE HE HE

I have been a bad dog.....

I have been a bad dog, at least that is what Mom tells me. I have started to go over the fence again and running away, but I always come back. Mom says I always pick the wrong time to do this because it is normally when she has something to do that day. So now she says we are moving to a new house where the yard has a higher fence. I guess I will have to do some calculations to figure out if I can make it over that fence. Also she says this time the fence is not chainlink but a wooden privacy fence, I have not seen it yet so I am not sure there is a fence that can hold me. I do like to go socialize with other dogs and leave them peemail on their fences and in their yards. Mom says we are moving within a month from now that they are just waiting on the paperwork to go through. Well got to go make sure she packs the dog cookies.....LATER!!!!

Autumn is cool!

Autumn is so cool, the weather has been warm this past week and Mom and Dad let us stay outside more. Of course Mom and or Dad have to be outside with us. Today they sat outside enjoying the day, but I should have been curious why Mom got up and went into the house after I stepped on her foot and she said ouch. She came back out with those darn toenail clippers. Dad held me still while she cut my toenails, she did a better job this time, but she said it was because I stayed still for her this time. Oh well, there goes Tigger I think it is time to chase her....LATER!
