From the first time I saw him I knew we were ment to be together. I walked him for about two months every Saturday. Then finally after lots of talking to my parents about it, they said I could get him. We have been best friends ever since. Bio: I'm from Wyoming so I'm a cowdog born and bred. Well it's offical. I have a new brother! Dad went all the way down to Denver to pick him up out of a kill shelter. He wasn't going to last very much longer. He had kennel cough when we got him but he's over that now. He's a year old border collie like me! He's really skinny and a little shy but he's coming around. I'm not sure if I'm happy with it yet but I guess I'll put up with him. Who knows, maybe we will get along later on. I'll see how it goes. Anyway we will be adding him soon to the site as our family so look for him. His name in Teebo :)
I am doing good. Got over my brush fear so I'm cleaner and have a lot less mats. I have been playing a lot more and have lost two pounds! I'm really looking good if I do say so myself. That's all for now.
Life can't get much better than this! We moved to a new house about two months ago. It's great!! Lots more room to run, and plenty of room for playing ball down stairs when it's cold outside. We started agility last month. It's a lot of fun. I'm really good at it too. We have been to two member training days and I have learned so much. I even went on the teater!! AJ bought me some weaves poles and a jump to play on at home so I can get better at them. I keep asking for a teater and more jumps (they are my favorite!) but he said we have enough for now. I'm ging to work on him and see if I can get him to buy them for me :) Some how I think he will. We are going to go play on my new agility stuff. So that's all for now.
It has been a while since I have updated everyone on how I'm doing. Things are going GREAT!!!!!! I'm so happy here in my forever home. I finally know it's safe. I haven't had any back problems for a few months, and hopefully I won't anytime soon. I'm learning new tricks and learning how to trust other dogs. Sage (my new sister) is warming up to me. I can actually come in and watch tv with everyone now. It's great fun, except when tv gets to loud. I'm going to start flyball and herding lessons sometime soon. At least that's what I have been promised. I never knew how much fun life could be until now. Life is good for this border collie.
