Arrival Story:
Previous owner wanted to put Bailey to sleep because of a chronic back problem (seriously!) and was no longer "breedable." Vet refused and asked if he could give the dog to a good home, which the jerk (pardon me, the owner) agreed to. The vet knew that I'd had to put my old dog to sleep a few months earlier and asked if I wanted the Pug. When I saw Bailey's picture, it was love at first sight!
