Arrival Story:
When we were growing up in Eastlake, Ohio, our hometown, our family went to pick out a puppy from a kennel nearby. Rebel was the runt of the litter...and we fell in love with him right from the start!

Bio:
Rebel was our first dog we had when I was growing up. He did everything with us and went everywhere we went. My dad would give him treats that now-a-days I cringe when I think about what we use to feed him. But we loved him dearly. We took him for walks in the woods out behind our house, he was our co-defender when we played with the neighborhood kids and watched tv with us when the day was through. He developed a seizure disorder and had to take a pill everyday...my dad ended up having him put down from cancer of the stomach. Rebel was a great friend, and taught me a valuable lesson at an early age about taking care and loving a valuable member of the household-a loving companion. Go Rebel!
