Arrival Story: We got Lucy when she was almost 4 years old. She was purchased for breeding; however, her first pregnancy only produced one puppy, and it was a difficult delivery. They decided not to breed her any more. She was not a "house dog", and we were told (and rightfully so) that she was a "sweetheart and very lovely." "Every day will be like Christmas for her with you." She is a wonderful dog and member of our family!
