Her owner was a small dog breeder, and one of her Pekingese got loose, and mated with a Beagle next door. When the babies were born the breeder wanted one, and she got Shilah. She gave Shilah to her daughter, but her daughter didn't want her, so they put her up for sale, and I bought her.
