Arrival Story:
Well, we bought our first Italian greyhound, Hali, from a pet-store. Apparently this is a no-no (although Hali is a GREAT dog), so, when we thought she was getting llonely during the day, we got Waldo from a breeder. Hali and Waldo are COMPLETE opposites. Where Hali is independent and high-strung, Waldo is mellow and stuck to you like glue. Waldo ADORES Hali and loves to cuddle with her and lick her! Poor Wally, the DAY after we got him, broke his leg jumping off my father-in-laws lap. This really only phased him for about a day, but it scarred me for life. All of Waldo's puppy pictures show his big blue cast!!!!!
