The Road to My Forever Home

I FOUND MY FOREVER HOME!

I found my forever home. I now have two big sisters who are also hounds and two cats that i live with. I have a fenced in yard that i love to run and play in. My new mom loves that I snuggle with her and she lets me sleep on her bed at night. I am so glad i found my forever home.

Last night my foster mom took me on my first walk with her and my foster brother. I pulled a little but picked up the idea really quick. i love going for walks with her. I am also loyal and love to be next to you getting attention. I know my name and I will come to you when you call me. My foster brother who has been in his forever home for a few months now still doesnt listen. I listen very well. I do not know why my previous family gave me up. My foster mom doesnt know either, she cannot seem to figure it out. Either way I am better off and do not want that to happen again. I am very eager to please. I am housetrained and crate trained. I have learned "sit", "come", "crate time", "outside get busy", "food" "treat" and "night night time". I am working on sitting and waiting before I eat and go through doors. I am learning "leave it", "off" "heal", "utuh" and"quiet". I want to learn more commands and tricks.... Can YOU teach me?
