Billy belonged to some people who would not let him live in the house, and it got pretty darn cold up in Elko, NV. He had to snuggle in with their bigger dogs and it was not a good scene. So one day they mentioned that Billy was going to have to go "down the road", which didn't sound too promising, so we took him.
Bio:
Billy has many of the "little dog" issues: thinks he's a badass, jumps in your lap to be petted and then snarls at you, jumps on the kitchen table and pees on whatever you left up there... just a little twerp in general, but we love him.
