Arrival Story:
We adopted Besom when he was 2 years old from a Greyhound Rescue. We had decided we wanted to adopt a small brindle female, so of course we came home with a large blue male! He chose us, or more specifically my husband, by coming up and leaning on him to be petted, not moving for about 10 minutes.

Bio:
Besom is our first Greyhound, and definitely not our last! He is so wonderful that we adopted a girlie to keep him (and us) company. We were involved with Greyhound Rescue in the UK, and are now joining the cause in South Carolina. Addendum, Dec 2006. Besom developed cancer and it grew very quickly. We had him put to sleep on December 11, 2006. Our hearts are broken.
