HUSKY LOVE AT CHRISTMAS AND THE NEW YEAR

December 22nd 2008 6:58 pm

From the desk of Bree and Zeke's mom.

Sitting here 2 nights before Christmas Eve, Bree is curled into a "husky ball" in her crate, most likely dreaming of snow and Zeke is
spread out next to my chair.

I sometimes get on utube and watch videos from the movie Eight Below with songs that people have put with them. I found one that
is with the song "Keep Holding On". Emotions of how much I love Bree and Zeke overflowed and of course I started crying! Some of you know the love you have for your kids, but like many I don't have kids of my own.
I Love my husband and his four kids, I Love my mom and even though he is gone I still Love my dad. Each of these people have a special place in my heart, each Loved differantly but each Loved. Even Mr. Chuggs and Topher my kitty kids have a special place that only belongs to them.

But the Love I have for Bree and Zeke, each day I realize is much
differant, much more unique. Everyday I come home from work and have a conversation with Bree, She answers my questions in her Husky way of talking ( yes Huskies do talk ...if you really listen)
and no I'm not a crazy lady ...ask any Husky owner they will agree!
They have such free spirits that teach me to live in the moment. Don't
"worry" about the tomorrow ....enjoy each snow flake and take in the
cold air ( -5 degrees tonight) if you can feel the cold air Thank God you can feel !!
Huskies have it in their blood to RUN. My biggest fear is to loose Bree or Zeke in that way, Then I look into their eyes and tell myself to
let THEM live in the moment let them keep their free spirit ( of course they have to keep it in the fenced yard)
I thought I could write down in words what I feel for Bree and Zeke
but I can't. It's so deep inside, so much Love.
Maybe their unconditional Love that they give me is rubbing off.
If I could only treat some people as good as I treat Bree and Zeke.......if only it were that easy... or is it?

Merry Christmas to all the Dogster Pups and Catster Kittys
May 2009 be full of HUSKY LOVE !

my word what huskies can get into!

vet bill...staples in left back paw - $125.00

head collar so Bree doesn't pull the bandage off and rip the staples
out - $ 10.00

Yummie Chummies from mom to Bree for not feeling good - $5.00

The kisses and lovies that Bree gave to the vet even after he stapled
her paw together .....PRICELESS

Miss Bree got into something today and we still can not firgure out
what! We think she may have got hooked up on something under the bunkbed when her and Zeke were playing.

It didn't seem to bother her at all but we wanted to get her checked out because to us it looked horrible!
4 staples later, a huge bandage and a cool looking collar and she is doing fine...not to happy about the collar but dealing rather well with it.

She gave the vet lots of kisses and lovies and didn't whine one bit!
They said she was the best HUSKY they have seen,,,,,,apparently
their known as drama queens and kings ! HMMMMMMM!

Blood work in

Mom has been spending alot of time with me and my lit'l brother Zeke.
we have her total attention when she gets home...accept for now because she is on the computer.
She would like to say she is sorry for not spending time on Dogster -
this doesn't mean she doesn't love and miss all our pup pals !
She has really been slacking this year in helping in HUSKY HEAVEN
as an admin.
We told her that maybe the other admins would forgive her if she sent them treats !!!

This is what has been going on for the past few months....
Dad again is out of town for three weeks .... this started today and we miss him already.
Zeke is growing into a huge loverboy!! Mr. Cuddly man!!
Mom just loves to eat him up...he's a real SUCKUP !!
In a couple weeks Zeke will be One year old!!

When I was fixed at the age of 6 months they shaved my belly.
Well the hair never grew back. Mom and dad didn't think much of it.
The past few months ( when everyone else was starting to blow their coat) Mom noticed that my hair was not shedding and it looked - well
horrible. She took me up to Sharon (Blue's mom) to have her groom me the HUSKY way and to see if she was worried about nothing.
Sharon told mom right away that she wanted blood work done on me
that I might have a Thyroid problem. So back to Ohio we went and the next day I was being poked at the vets office! They told me I was the best Husky they ever drew blood from! The truth being I was scared to death! They told mom that they would send the blood work to Michigan State University and we would hear back in about two weeks. If it was a Thyroid problem that meds would get me back to norm in no time.
Yesterday dad got the call from the vet ( not Dr. Mowery~ my fav)
and he told dad that my levels were high but they didn't want to use meds yet. They want mom and dad to watch me and if I get too tired
or start getting age spots ( brown spots on my skin) or if I start losing more hair that we should call. His concern was that I would grow OLD before my time!! WHAT THE HECK !?! I'm two !!
Dad didn't get all his questions answered so he will call my favorite vet Dr. Mowery to get the whole scoop after he reviews the results.
I love Dr. Mowery he gets on the floor with me when I visit and lets me give him kisses !!

So mom has been loving on us extra ~ not that her life didn't revolve around us already ~ but her vacation a couple weeks ago was spent with just me and Zeke ! Poor daddy ~ he understands though~
We're moms kids....and she's our mom!

Hugs to all our pals !!
~Breezy

When we first met when I was a pup you showed us who was boss!
I admired you for that and the way you plopped your bowl down in front of visitors!

I'm not sure where or what you have been up to this past year but
I know your lit'l man Zeke would love to meet you!

Words can not express what your family and friends have gone through.
Not knowing where, why or what is happening to you is far greater sorrow then closure itself.

Stay husky strong my friend and until you return I'll take of Zeke for you~
rest easy knowing WE WILL NOT GIVE UP HOPE !

PLEASE HELP MY PUP PAL .....
Mica-the Wonderpup! Mica is doing some fundraising for IMHA Research. IMHA stands for Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia.
This is what took Mica away to the rainbow bridge and her mom is
continuing the battle to help find a cure and prevention for this disease.

Here’s how you can help:
Be a pal and corral MICA and her pack.

MICA - http://www.dogster.com/dogs/504880

MIRRA- http://www.dogster.com/dogs/581776

TPGOO- http://www.dogster.com/dogs/718265

If someone chooses Mirra, or TPGOO without Mica, it won’t count. With each new corral Mica’s IMHA Research Fund gets a small donation. A bonus comes if Mirra and TPGOO are also selected.

The tally of the number of corrals MICA has on 31 May 2008, after Mirra's Woofday, means A DOLLAR for EVERY CORRAL! For example with 1000 corrals, then MICA'S IMHA FUND gets 1000 dollars. These donations will be from the same kindhearted GSD who raced her last fall. It was a close race and Mica lost at the 11th hour in corrals. This Special GSD & his owner, who wishes to remain anonymous, believes so much in Mica's cause, IMHA research & K9 Blood donations. He too, lost a fellow K9 Officer to IMHA.

This disease may not be well known, but it is the LEADING BLOOD DISEASE in both dogs and cats & second only to thyroid disease for immune system illness.
PLEASE HELP MICA AND THIS CAUSE...YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN YOU YOURSELF MAY NEED IT HELP !

Please pawmail Mica http://www.dogster.com/dogs/504880
if you need information to make donations!

THANK YOU for your support thats only three clicks away !!

ZEKE and I ....had a little fight today ~

April 6th 2008 3:23 pm

Well today me and my little brother got into a lit'l fight.
You see when dad and mom went to church this morning
I got to stay in the "condo" crate and Zeke got the "apartment"
crate ( the one I was in is a little bigger- we take turns).
Anywayyyyyyyyyyyy. I hide my bone in the blanket with the
intention of saving it for later. I curled up into a little ball and went fast asleep. Before I knew it mom and dad were home and we were headed for outside! No time to grab my bone ...I had to pee!
So I ran outside along with Zeke. Zeke being the boy he is ran back inside and headed for the 'condo'. I headed back in myself to see what he was doing and caught him stealing my bone! I of course told him what I thought about that and right there in the crate ...with both of us in there....we started growling and telling each other what we thought...Zeke got the best of me and lost his puppy temper and bite me near my eye. I have posted a picture.
Zeke and I are ok now in fact we went right outside after dad corrected us
both and played.
Mom noticed my eye and took a cold towel and it finally stopped bleeding.
I love my brother even though he hurt me a lit'l. I was protecting my bone and Zeke was protecting himself.

sad week

Feb 13th dad, still working midnights, was called to a crash
(in case some of you dont know he is a State Trooper)
Arriving first at the scene along with another Trooper, dad
found a Honda which had hit a tree on the passengers side.
The driver was not responding but still alive. The passenger
was screaming and unable to get out.
The driver was not wearing his seatbelt and they both had been
drinking.
Dad handles crashes like this several times a week and does a good
job seperating himself from what he sees. However, the next night
Valentines night, he was telling mom about the crash and the events
surrounding it. During his story he mentioned the drivers name
Eric Floyd. Dad told her from the looks of it he wouldn't make it.

mom knew the driver! dad was right. Eric held on for almost a week, Last Tuesday his heart stopped and he is no longer with his family.
At 30 years old he is gone.
One bad choice and his family has lost a son, a brother and an uncle.

Please if you Drink don't Drive.....
it's my dad's job to arrest the people who are drinking and driving
No one likes him when he does this.
But it's also my dad's job to tell the family when their loved one will no longer be coming home.

RIP Eric you will be missed by so many.

Bree and Zeke have been entertaining us and the neighbors every night.
Their show lasts only 5 minutes.
They do not like you to watch so we crack the patio door and turn the lights off so we can hear their song and watch them with amazment.

Zeke will start off with a deep growl howl and Bree will join in howling
with him in a chorus that is beautiful and in harmony.
Their song will last 5 minutes and as quick as it started is as quick as it stops.
No fading of the howls they just stop.

Their ancestors, which Sharon has, do this also once a day, but imagine
20 or so huskies doing this at once!

We never thought we would hear this song having only two huskies...
but as young pups hearing the older huskies howl this beautiful tune
It is now their turn to sing to the world.....
Our neighbors love to hear the music of our duo also, which is a blessing too
one would think someone would complain ~ but as of now no one has.

I'll try to get the next show on video ~

Care Again is a non profit organization which raises wolves, performs wolf studies and in the past has offered outreach programs.

Zoning changes made it mandatory to relocate the wolves and time is running out due to lack of funding and helping hands. The wolves were moved to a pristine nature preserve backing into a national forest in Colorado. Presently volunteers are urgently needed to help finish building the fence to ensure the safety of the wolf pack. The materials are there with a single set of human hands trying to manage it alone, due to the weather and other duties like feeding and tending to the wolves, it has been nearly impossible to accomplish this important task.

People seriously interested in volunteering near Woodland Park CO. may contact J. Harris at:719-748-3780

Please have the patience to leave your name and number to be reached TWICE as the answering machine is less than state of the art and the wolf guardian is often away tending to the wolves.
You may also contact Sasha at LenaMalikhusky@gmail.com with any further questions.

Donations of any amount towards this 501 non profit organization are welcomed and greatly appreciated.

HAD ANY WALKS ONLY ZOOMIES IN THE HOUSE! MOM TRIES TO GET ZEKE AND I TO CUDDLE...SHE NEEDS TO GET IT THROUGH HER HEAD THAT THESE TWO HUSKIES DO NOT CUDDLE! I DONT KNOW ABOUT ANY OF YOU OTHER HUSKIES BUT I DON'T LIKE ANYONE HANGING ON ME...I TOLD ZEKE IT WASN'T COMFY SO HE DOESN'T LET HER EITHER.

HUSKY LOOKING FOR ADOPTION

Can you post this to the dogster group and whatever other Siberian people you think might be interested?

A man contacted me and asked if I would take in/foster his female
Siberian Husky. He adopted her from the pound where her last owners
dumped her when they found out she had epilepsy.
He said she hasn't had any seizures while he has had her. He is only
giving her up because he has entered the police acadamy and his mother
lives in a town home. When his mother took the dog in they threatened
to evict her.
He says he has no one else to care for the dog while he is in the
acadamy so he wants to place her.
I have pictures. She is a beautiful girl. Black and white. 2 blue eyes.
Doesn't bark much. She comes with her vaccination papers, vet records
and medication which he claims is not expensive to refill.
If anyone would be interested in this girl or in seeing her pictures,
please let me know. He says they are on borrowed time. She lives in Michigan.
Thanks very much

LETTER FROM TAJA SIBERIANS

I'm sure you were all aware of the missing dog Blue from various
posts on the internet.
I have been talking with Sharon (Sharon from this group, not Sharon
his owner) and we both feel that someone in the area has him and
decided to keep him. He is really a nice boy. We feel if we can get
reward high enough (no questions asked) and get the word out that
they may decide to hand him over, or if he is living in the woods,
we may get more people out looking for him hoping for a quick buck.
His owner is offering a large cash reward although I am not certain
of the actual amount.
Our kennel, Taja, is publicly pledging $100 to the person or group
who brings him home safely, no questions asked.
Sharon and I would like to start a campaign to raise other pledges
for Blue. Even $10 or $20 makes a difference. Your kennel name and
or personal name/group would be listed on my home page with your
pledge amount. You would not have to send any money to anyone unless
Blue is found and returned safely. We would need contact info, (Full
name, phone number, email addy) with your pledge amount. The contact
info won't be posted just your name/kennel and pledge amount. The
contact info is just so we can contact you if he is found.
Please consider how devastated you would be to lose one of your
furry kids and help us bring Blue back to his family. While we
genuinely appreciate all pledges, please only pledge what you will
be capable of donating if he is found 5 minutes after your pledge is
made. We don't want to cause Sharon more headaches with having to
answer where the reward money is if people fail to follow through.
Thanks very much for your support.
You may crosspost this to any groups I may have missed.
Contact me with any questions or pledges at Tajasiberians@ gmail.com

Dad took me and Zeke for a short walk last night
after we went deer counting.
He didn't realize that his 8 year old was the one who put on my leash.
So were toodling along almost back to the house and I started side checking Zeke - screwing around the way huskies do - yanking Dad to go faster like he's my sled. Then POP I was no longer hooked to the leash ....but my rabies tag was!! Dad calmly called me to come to him....I looked and then hey wait a minute theres no resistence here...he doesnt have control of me anymore! Time to take an adventure AGAIN!
WHAM! Dad yelled to the neighbor walking his yappy dog to grab me and he did. My adventure was very short......20 feet maybe.
moral of the story ....no one was blamed or
lectured but mom and dad are the only two who can hook Zeke and I to our leashes ...the wrong loop was hooked.
Husky off leash ....not me or Zeke mom and dad said NO WAY !

Fellow dogster pals.
I wanted everyone to know that tonight, here in Northwest Ohio,
and at 9:30pm, it is 49 degrees!!
I AM SOOOOOO HAPPY!! Sweatshirt weather for the humans and
heaven for the husky !!
Fall is here, mom and dad had their lit'l football pool between each other today...so far dad is winning! Mom picks her teams by the places she would rather go ...example: Denver or Tampa......Denver of course (sorry Tampa)
her way doesnt really get the winners but she still has fun. They both scare
us napping pups when they start hooting and howling!!

back to the weather ......oh the cool night breeze the dew forming on the grass! Zeke seems to be in heaven too. The only sad thing is that our nightly
bug hunt has ending...too cold for the bug breed!

Well I truely must go and enjoy the evening before mom makes us come in!
to all you warmer climate Huskies....I will enjoy this moment for you!
WISH YOU WERE HERE!

MY BABY BROTHER

August 20th 2007 5:23 pm

At first I didn't like him....He entered my Paradise.
I must say he is cute! He rolls on his back when I approach him
so he knows I'm the ALPHA HUSKY. My job now is to watch over him.
That is quite an important job you know. Mom will let me out into my paradise and lit'l Zeke will ring the sleigh bells, which hang on our patio door, to let them know he wants to come out with me. Mom will let him out, tell him to "be good and listen to Bree" and she will yell to me "Bree watch your lit'l brother". It is a very important job and today is the first day I have accepted the responsibility. If I here him cry, when the kids are too rough, I will run to him and check him over from ears to tail to make sure he isn't damaged.
Did I tell you how cute he is?? I even let him sleep in my big crate and I slept in his lit'l crate today...not sure why we decided to sleep in there we weren't told to!?!
Tonight mom and I took Zeke on a walk. He is a true sled dog and even brought out the sled dog in me. He of course tried to be the lead dog while running ( mom gave him more line) but I showed him who the lead dog was going to be. I did it gently ...pushing his nose back with mine, mom thought it was funny....he listened to me just like mom told him too.
I want to thank Tehya and Nika for helping my mom the past few days -with her questions on multi huskies and the intro of the new puppy, she was wacked the past few days..nervous -silly mommy! I was forming my pack mom ....but ahhh I need about six more of these lit'l guys for my sled team! BOL!!!
Paws out pup pals !

"Blue" has been missing since May 8, 2007. Someone, somewhere HAS to know something about his whereabouts. He can't have vanished into thin air. I have done nothing but look for him for the last 12 weeks and I don't know where to turn anymore, so I'm begging for your help. There is a large cash reward for his safe return (NO QUESTIONS ASKED) or for information leading to his safe recovery. There are really only three possibilities. If you can help with any of these, please contact me asap (contact information below.)

1. Someone has him. Maybe they haven't seen the TV reports of the hot air balloon search. Maybe they are not in an area where the thousands of flyers have been distributed or have seen any of the posters around a 10-15 mile radius of Brighton Twp. It has been 12 weeks and after all, he could have gone much further than we think and someone could have taken him in as a stray. Maybe a long distance driver picked him up so that he wouldn't be hit by a car on the streets and he's not even in the area anymore.. Please email this notice to everyone you know, regardless of where they live. He could be in Montana or NY by now so please send this link to everyone in your email address book. Tell everyone you know about Blue. Even though his name is Blue, he does NOT have blue eyes. He is black and white and has brown eyes. He is microchipped, so anyone , anywhere can have a veterinarian scan for a microchip and even if he is halfway across the country, he can be identified. Please send this email to everyone in your address book, we need to get the word out in a much wider area than we have originally concentrated on and I really need your help to do so. Send it to everyone, even non dog people - please....

2. He could be dead. You might have hit him when he ran out on the street in front of you - that would not be your fault. Or if you're a farmer, he might have gone after your livestock and you shot him - you would be perfectly within your rights to do so. Even though I would be heartbroken, please let me know if either of these things have happened. It is better than wondering and worrying about him. I need closure. I need to bring his remains home so he and I can both finally be at peace. If either of these things have happened, please email me at codeblue@woofgang.com and let me know where he is so I can go and get him and bring him home.

3. He is still out there running loose. I wouldn't be at all surprised if this is the case. He's a very smart dog and could probably figure out how to survive on his own. There have been so many sightings, and while we know some of the dogs were not him (we were able to track some down) we don't know about all of the sightings. There were plenty of sightings last week in the Hartland area and we know that the found female is not the same dog in the cell phone pictures and we know that another escaped dog is also not the same dog based on timing. If you see a Siberian Husky running loose and you think it could be him, please call me asap at 313-550-6095. Timing is everything - if you call me a day or two later, he won't be in the same area and I'll never track him down. If he is still running loose, he's probably not going to go to anyone, but will run and hide if you try to catch him, so the best thing to do is to call me immediately with a location so I can get out there or get one of the many wonderful volunteers who have been helping me, out to that location as quickly as possible. Please don't email with a sighting, call me right away! 313-550-6095
There are so many people who are helping me look for Blue. There has been so much spent in time and gas and $ for flyers and posters and ads and the hot air balloonists and power parachute pilots who donated their time and equipment - if you know anything about where Blue is, please, please let me know so I can thank everyone for helping me and not continue to make requests for help which will be fruitless. I need to get my boy back home, one way or another, I really need him home.

Thank you for reading this far - the last three months have been horrible and I so much appreciate everyone who has helped. Please go to the following link to see pictures of Blue: http://www.yukonwindsiberians.us/bluephotoalbum.htm and my cover page for a beautiful head shot of Blue: http://www.yukonwindsiberians.us/

INVASION OF THE HUSKY SNATCHER!

The other morning mom took me on a walk, so we're cruising along I'm smelling the air, pulling her along and somewhat listening, as huskies do.
Then all of a sudden she yanks me down..."holy snow mom what the heck you doing you near choked me to death" ! Then she's telling me to hold really still and she's pulling my ear, I'm feeling her pull one way and something trying to dig in deeper. "A TICK" she yells .......arooooo! mom told me about those things....GET IT OFF ME!
How the heck did that thing get ahold of me? mom knew she shouldn't have pulled it but we were on our walk and she didnt want to wait until we got back home. It hadn't made it's entry into my skin (ewwwwww!) so she grabbed it and threw it in the street. Mom has been itching ever since, why I dont know it was on ME not her! Every time I walk by her she looks through my hair -it's
getting rather annoying!
Tomorrow I get to go to the vet to get peanut butter! I'm a year old and due for my check up! Mom is going to see what other preventions we can take for ticks besides my monthly frontline plus. I love going to the park. We have a huge park here "oak openings" that I love to go to. Mom even takes me at dusk
so I can quietly watch the deer feed in the meadows. Mom's wierd she counts how many deer we see...I think she taking a population count or something.
I know I can't get out car to get a closer look, but the other night two young deer were about ten feet from the road, they watch me and I respectfully
watch them back. Probley where I picked that husky snacther tick up from.
I had a homemade strawberry shake yesterday which I shared with mom...
yummy, the evidence of left over ice cream was on my chin...so mom was busted by dad. BOL!
Hope all is well with my pup pals, I'm missing the summertime adventure
stories but We know everyone is busy this time of year! Paws out fellow
dogsters !

Mom & Dad went to Michigan last night to help search for Blue. They have had many sightings around his area but Sharon is unable to find him.
He was on Detroit channel 4 News 4 times already. they were going to have Hot air balloons help in the search but it was too windy yesterday so they were going to go up today. They also have a tracking dog looking today. No news if they have located him.
I did find that I have a new love for MACKEREL ! Yumm! That's Blue's favorite so mom bought some to carry along in case they came across Blue and they could use it to brib him. Since they didnt use it mom let me try it and ohhhh
it was pure heaven !
Mom says I have stinky breath but I dont care it smells wonderful to me!
They did get to see the pups last night too. Dad wants the little fat red boy.
It will be up to Sharon on which one she will keep to show and which one will be the new addition to her sled team. Mom thinks she will for sure keep the
boy who looks like Blue, I think she should. Their eyes aren't open yet but mom said they sure do like to eat and their fat little tummys were proof!
And best of all they sleep on their backs with feet straight in the air ...now thats my kinda HUSKY!
Mom is on vacation this week and I'm so happy she has mini adventures planned for her and I. I hope all my pup pals had a howling weekend
and I hope you all have a great week - God Bless

HOT AIR BALLOONS JOIN IN THE SEARCH FOR " BLUE"!

Balloonists to join search for missing dog

Owner of missing Siberian husky named Blue will team up with hot air balloon operators to look for the pet on Saturday.

Valerie Olander / The Detroit News

BRIGHTON TOWNSHIP -- A faithful dog owner who has already gone to great lengths to find her 4-year-old Siberian husky, missing since May 8, was surprised to find support from hot air balloonists and powered parachutists.

Sharon Young of Brighton Township planned to rent a hot-air balloon to get a bird's-eye view of the area, but instead found Scott Lorenz of Westwind Balloon Co. willing to organize an air search with fellow balloonists, many of whom competed in Howell's Michigan Challenge Balloonfest last month. His friend, Gordon Boring of Wicker Basket Balloon Center, is pitching in.

"I didn't know Scott (Lorenz) from Adam. He has been great, sending e-mails out to his balloon friends to help," Young said Wednesday.

A massive land and air search will scour the Brighton-Milford area on Saturday in search of the lost dog, named Blue.

Lorenz, Boring and others have already been keeping their eyes open when taking passengers up in the Kensington Metropark and Island Land Recreational Area and have passed along sightings of the black-and-white Siberian husky to Young.

Blue has been spotted near the General Motors Proving Grounds in Milford, near Pleasant Valley Road and Commerce, south of M-59 and most recently, July 1 and 2, in the Corlett and Hyne roads area.

"Part of this is about getting the word out. Someone may have been taking the dog in and feeding him, or nursing him back to health," Lorenz said.

Young's story of her lost dog tugged at his heartstrings, too, since Blue ran off the same day Young's father died.

"We're going to have a coordinated effort on Saturday. We'll have some (powered) parachutists helping out since they can control their path. We balloonists, we're going with the wind," Lorenz said.

The air crew will communicate sightings to the ground crew led by Young and her friend Anita Rosenberger. Volunteers will meet at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at the Park and Ride at Interstate 96's Exit 155/ Milford Road.

Blue is part of a dog sled team and has been trained in agility, as well as self-taught door-opening skills, which is how he escaped from Young's Brighton Township home in the Hyne Road and Old U.S. 23 area. Blue can wrap his mouth around lever door handles and pull, she said.

"I raised him from a pup. He's just one of those babies with an extra special personality," Young said.

Young has posted fliers and issued an "animal Amber Alert" with various dog rescue organizations and Internet sites.

My Breezy,
You are the child I could never have. From the day your dad picked you out
you had my heart. I finally could give the love I had waited so long to give to a little special someone.
You are that someone.
You make me smile when I come home and you are right there to greet me - howling... "hello.. how was your day, mommy I missed you.. let's go out and play" ! Your unconditional love is more then you know - you make me laugh, even when you get into Husky trouble! You're there when I cry, giving me 'your' sad look, your blue eyes telling me everything will be ok - and it always is. You have given me the chance to love you like a mom loves her
child.
Bree thank you for being my baby, my little girl, my child.
I will love you fur-ever

Well alot has been happening since the last time I barked at the dogster world.
We are still looking for BLUE, mom has been sending flyers to ALL Michigan
vets/clinics so they can keep watch for BLUE, in case he is brought in to one of their clinics. Next Saturday they are planning a big search party so mom and dad will be heading up to Michigan for that adventure...but I have to stay home.
I have not tried to escape lately...with all this happening with BLUE I'm a little scared to venture into the unknown....but once a husky always a husky so I'm sure that fear won't last too long.
I am now hunting Japanese Beatles...they are soooo yummy! BOL!
mom calls me beatlejuice because after I make the BIG KILL...I roll in it! BOL!
She can't complain, I'm not killing her birdies!
Dad has been trusting me out of my crate when he sleeps during his nighttime and our daytime. Well Tuesday when mom was at work and dad had to go to bed he tried to get me to lay down and sleep with him....IT"S DAYTIME!
so he let me lay downstairs and he went to bed. Well I got bored.....and decided I was going to try to read. I found some nice books that the kids left out that they just got from the library....WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE the fun I had ! BOL! I tore those books up into shreds! One book only had the library sticker left....I didnt care too much for the taste of the sticker so I left it! BOL!
Then they left a dvd down....that was kinda tough getting through that plastic cover but I tried, It started making my teeth hurt so I gave up and went back to the books! Mom was not happy when she got home! She yelled at dad -
and asked why he left me out of the crate and then yelled at why the books were left out....my mom never once yelled at me ....she mumbled but never said a word.
We are getting excited about our new little addition in August, I will be getting a brother! Mom and dad are trying to pick names out....some of the names- oh my - I feel bad for the little guy! BOL!
I have new pictures of me relaxing in my Husky den ....mom tried to get some pictures of me watching the fireworks but I kept getting up and moving - she was bothering me! I loved the fireworks - they didnt scare me at all - they were all very pretty to watch!
Well I hope all my pup pals had a pawrrific 4th of July!
Please keep BLUE in your prayers - he's out there somewhere and we are
determined to find him!
I miss my LOKI - I haven't heard of any new adventures from the three pack
I hope everyone is keeping it husky - dont' be slacking on us!
I'm signing out so remember .."keep your nose to the SUMMER BREEZE!" BOL!
I crack myself up sometimes!
RUV YOU ALL ~Bree

Yes that's right I'm asking how much more of this 90 degree
weather do I have to deal with?
Mom and Dad have kept me inside in the a/c but I'm still
too hot. Mom sneaks it down to 68 and dad puts it back to 72
HOW ABOUT 30 or 40 guys - I'm a snow dog! Who decided to live here
anyway? I'm suppose to be in SIBERIA- so when can we leave???
AROOOOO I can't even howl I'm so hot!
the only good thing about heat is that mom feeds me chicken and rice
because my stomach gets yukky when Its hot - no walking tonight!
My pool water wont even stay cool!
Ok I'm done complaining, sorry I had to vent - hey thats what pals are for!
I'm going to go lay down and block one of the a/c vents!
keep cool my fellow sweater wearers!

BLUE - LOST!!!!
Dog
Pet Angels for Life Volunteers (PALs)
Ypsilanti, MI
Please email
petangels@gmail.com

Siberian Husky

Size: Large
Age: Adult
Gender: Male
ID:
Notes: 6-20-07: BLUE is a purebred Siberian Husky who got lost from his home in Brighton, MI on 5-8-07. There are many people searching for this boy, as he is dearly missed, and to make matters worse, he went missing the day his owner's father passed away, so she has suffered a double loss!! If you can help in ANY WAY, with flyers, phone calls, searching, visiting your local animal control or shelter, etc. PLEASE HELP!! This dog is dearly missed and the family and many volunteers are actively searching for him. If you see or hear about ANY dog that might fit his description, please call immediately - any delay can let him get further away!! If checking shelters, also check for "malamutes". While he IS a siberian husky, many people mix-up the two breeds and may refer to him as a malamute too. Here are the details on Blue: Blue escaped from inside his house the night his owner's father passed away - she was on her way home from the hospital when her husband called to say when he arrived home, Blue was gone. This occured on May 8, 2007 from Maxfield Rd. in Brighton, MI. Blue has been gone 6 weeks today. We (her friends and fellow club members, dog lovers etc.) have formed a volunteer group to try and help recover Blue. The Oakland Press did a great article on Blue on June 2, 2007. The biggest problem we've had is that the calls we get are always a few days after the fact and Blue is long gone by the time we get there. If you have this dog, have received a call about a Siberian Husky or have seen him anywhere, please contact us asap. He is very much missed. Details about Blue: Black and White Siberian Husky (he may now appear to be gray and white as he is likely blowing his coat and the white undercoat will dilute the black coloring.) He has two brown eyes. He is agility titled, he is a sleddog on his owner's team, and he is a conformation dog. He had just gotten involved in therapy work when he escaped, and he has played an active role in fundraising events with the Siberian Husky Club of Greater Detroit. He is intact. He was last seen wearing a red collar. He is about 4 years old and when he escaped, he weighed around 52-55 lbs. He has a solid black bar down his muzzle almost all the way to his nose. He is microchipped (however we have learned from the microchipping companies that sometimes these chips fail, not just migrate, but fail completley - so we will check out any found dog even if he doesn't have a microchip.) There is a reward for his safe return home. Most importantly, Blue is a much loved family member and his family desperately wants him home. If you have any suggestions or can help us in any way, please call Sharon Young (Blue's owner) at 313-550-6095. Blue was LAST SEEN in the Lone Tree area of Brighton/Milford in between HICKORY RIDGE AND MILFORD RDS. We have not had any sightings for a week and a half, he could be anywhere by now. You can also email to codeblue@woofgang.com or petangels@gmail.com or call 810-225-2366 if you have any information on this dog. First call attempt should go to Sharon Young (Blue's owner) at 313-550-6095 for the fastest response for them to get back Blue. If you can't get an answer, you can also call 734-645-7705 and we will get in touch with them. THANK YOU FOR ANYTHING YOU CAN DO TO HELP RE-UNITE THIS WONDERFUL DOG WITH HIS FAMILY!!!!!
This pet is up to date with routine shots.

My Big Adventure.....Alone!

June 23rd 2007 7:58 pm

Hello fellow dogsters!
I'm hoping the scandel cloud has lifted. As you all should know by now
I went to Thor, Loki and Maya's house for their birthday party. Thor and
I didn't seem to hit it off very well, he was a perfect gentleman and nice to me .....but the sparks just were not there. Loki and I played and played
swimming and chasing each other...ok He was the alpha and I was the omega
but I liked him taking charge! He is so husky dreamy ! my knight in white
fur! Oh those blue eyes....I melt when I think of them...I miss him sooo much.
If only I could find my way back to him.
So yesterday while mom was at work Dad was in the front yard working
and the non fur kids were....um not listening again... playing around the front door (open shut open shut open shut open) and I saw the chance I have been waiting for, I made my break, snout full speed ahead and pushed through all of them ( 3 kids and 2 neighbor kids = 5 kids! ) they didnt know what blew passed them....they started screaming which only made me run faster
I made a hard right and headed in the direction for MY LOKI !
Dad called for me to stop. stop? what - I am a husky give us space and opportunity and we run. Oh the smells! I wanted to stop and sniff around
but dad was gaining speed - he kept asking me to stop but - no way -this was my chance to find my LOKI! I ran around the corner down the street took a left further down that street took another right and " BREE"! Boy dad sounded MAD! So I stopped rolled over- ears back - dad came up to me & rubbed my ears and said ....."good girl" ......good girl? I ran away why are you calling me a good girl? later that night dad was telling mom the story trying to keep her calm because ...well she doesnt trust anyone with me and she knew this was going to happen some day...she's a little over protective - anyway he said he didn't yell at me because if it happens again he doesnt want me to be scared to come to him - and that he was glad he caught me.
arooooooooooo! IT FELT GOOD TO RUN! RUN RUN RUN !
Well I didn't get anywhere close to my Loki but mom promises that we will
go back soon. I hope Loki Thor and Maya are doing ok without their mom-
she is visting Miss Theya and her family.
Well I must go get some fett in the air sleep - i'm a tired pup !
howls and belly rubs !
goodnight Loki I will see you in my dreams ~

Mom has flipped her lid! She has now started web pages for Mr. Chuggs and Topher...for those of you who dont know who they are...they are my cat brothers- Who tease me and run from me...Mr Chuggs or Chuggers
is pretty cool and stays away from me ....hissing when I get too close. Topher
though he just teases me and runs then hides then pops that little head of his out just asking for me to attack! He is fun to play with...but get them outside and their live bait just like those little birds! momma has to keep a close eye on me if they sneak out...their housecats.
well do not fear my pup pals she will not eliminate my time on the computer.. but I must remember she was a "cat person" before me ~ I helped her to see the light that dogs rule and cats drool!

OK OK i've been tagged by - Wookie, Lily, Bandit, and Rio....I'm feeling the love! It's my turn so here are the rules....

Each player starts with seven random facts about themselves. Dogs who are
tagged need to post in their diary the rules and their seven pawsome facts. They then chose 7 dogs to tag and list their names. Don't forget to bark a pmail that they have been tagged and need to read your diary or send a rosette announcing they have been tagged. Copy and paste rules in your diary then put in your info.
My 7 facts:
1) I pee whenever I meet a new dog...since the beagle bit me BOL!
2) my goal in life is to eat a bird
3) I love Thor!
4) Digging is the best thing in life....besides chasing the cat BOL!
5) I really do here my mom when she is calling me in at night...i just pretend I dont
6) I love to pull newly planted bushes out of the dirt and shred them to pieces
7) the coldest water is from the toilet ! BOL!

my victims are:
1-Angel
2-Queen
3- Hopscotch
4-Skyler
5-Jambalaya
6-Mya-Raven
7-Nala
Have fun pups and keep tagging!

Today is Mothers day...
Mom took me on three walks! Morning, Noon and Night!
After my last walk I was laying in the ever so cool grass as the
sun is starting to set, enjoying my evening with the frogs ahhh frogging?
no the frogs were croaking...the neighbor kids were playing ( dad's kids were with their momma) and the birds were chirping...except one little bird
to which was ever so lightly walking on top of the swing set. I knew of course that even though I am an outstanding jumper I could not jump to the top of the swing set...so I must wait it out for that little bird to come down to
ground level. I decided that I must make myself look very small and hidden
I must attempt to hide all 50 lbs of me (the new weight is another issue ..to which I will tell at a later date) So in attempt to hide myself I got as low as
I could to the ground, wiggling my butt to get even lower...ok it wasn't going to go any lower! I had to stay prepared to pounce at any second for I knew
I would only have one maybe two chances. I waited and waited not knowing mom was watching from the patio door. Then the little bird made it's move and flew to the fence post. Staying low to the ground I began to stalk the little feathered beast and when it turned it's back I made my attempt ...I pounced and with full throttle running to fence to make my kill...and WHAM mom flys open the door screaming at me not to kill the birdie.....BIRDIE? Mom
it was my first hunt, my skill, my stratagy, my patience...poof my bird-ie
was gone........Mothers.....gotta ruv em!

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL DOGSTER MOMS!

Before I was a DOG MOM...I made & ate hot meals unmolested. I had unstained clothes. I had quiet conversations on the phone, even if the doorbell rang.
Before I was a DOG MOM... I slept as late as I wanted & never worried about how I was going to squeeze into my own bed!
Before I was a DOG MOM...I didnt have to vacuum everyday. I never tripped over toys, stuffies, bones or invited the neighbors dog over to play!
Before I was a DOG MOM...I had never been drooled on, chewed on or pinched by puppy teeth!
Before I was a DOG MOM ....I had complete control of my thoughts & time &
never had to go home to let somebody out!
Before I was a DOG MOM ...I never knew happiness of having someone follow me around the house wherever I went or lay on me because it was thundering!
Before I was a DOG MOM ....I didn't know how much somebody could love me or how warm it feels just to feed a hungry puppy. I didn't know how much something so small could make me feel so important!
Before I was a DOG MOM .... I had never known the warmth, the love, the pure joy or understanding of being A DOG MOM!

Happy Mothers Day to all the moms of all Bree's pup pals !

Today mom and I went for our walk .... much cooler today, we just got back and it is 56 degrees. We just kept walking and walking. Ending up being gone for 2 hours ! BOL!
At times she wouldn't let me sniff the ground... something about fertilizer
pellets, isn't fertilizer suppose to help me grow?
she made me wash my paws when we got back too ??? she said she didn't want me to get sick! How can I get sick from walking on pellets?
Oh well she is the momma...I mean hey whos the alpha here ...
I guess she is just worried about me - but I think she is getting a little
obsessed with Animal Planets E-VET INTERN show. She makes me watch it
and then she ends up crying half the time when they can't help the animals while I'm wincing when their pooking and probing and cutting these poor guys....yesterday this Boxer had to have surgery on his stomach, he was throwing up all the time, you know what they found???? Glue that he had ate the size of a softball ! WHOA !
remind me not to eat glue! BOL! Sticks and dirt are much better for you!
I hope all my pup pals had a great day like me! AROOOOO to all my pack
and special lovies to my THOR !

Today mom tried to be the Alpha Dog over ME ....ME QUEEN BREE! BOL!!!
1st -She came home from work ..yelled at dad cuz he locked the furball (Topher the cat) out in the garage all day....dumb cat shouldn't try to sneak out. Dad is the alpha mom not you. BOL!
She said we were going for a walk, that we would ride with dad up to the
high school where he coaches soccer then her and I would walk back..no problem I love love love to walk, pull and run.
2nd- she gets out that pack that she bought me for my birthday and to which
I do not like and told ME I had to wear it! BOL!!!
3rd - she told me I had to carry MY OWN WATER!! BOL!! has she lost her
mind!!!
lets get something straight MOM.....
*
1st - I am a husky, though I may like to walk -I wear a sweater if you didnt notice! when it is a beautiful warm day to YOU furless creatures ( 70-80
degrees) it is not so beautiful to us FUR creatures ...IT IS VERY HOT!
which leads to #2 - I do not carry a pack on my back ....EVER! and #3 - I
am the alpha dog ... deal with it -you must carry my water...for I am your
husky child and well husky's always get their way or we WHINE !!
All who agree give me some paw!! ******* Bree

said "FREE SELF SERVE BATHS TODAY!" then mom got her own sign right under it "BREE'S MOM" with a big arrow pointing to BATH!!! BOL!!
Mom just shook her head and said oh no what did she do today ???

I wasn't suppose to meet Thor's mom until today but neither
of us could wait so when my mom talked to her last night she jumped
in her car and was over in record time ( was she speeding? we won't tell dad BOL)
When she came in the house ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I jumped and loved her all up! She got right on the floor with me and gave me so much lovies and belly rubs....Then she gave me a raw hide wooooooooooooooooooooooo
Her and mom and dad talked while I devoured it. She showed us pictures of
Loki and Thor as puppies....Thor had a little belly on him...but still as handsome as ever!
Mom just got off the phone and Thor's mommy is coming back today!!!
We have a whole bag of treats and toys for her to take back to the boys
and Maya when she goes back home!
I will write back later and tell you of my second day of adventures with Loki
Thor and Maya's mom!
I wish all pup pals could meet in pawson....I heard them say something
last night about mom and dad taking me down to their house so I can play
with my pals! Oh I hope this comes true...I don't have any dogs to play with unless I go to doggy daycare! I will finally meet MY THOR in pawson!
Ruv you!

Today is my birthday and I got a new frig !

Today I am 1 - I am a big girl!
Today is my birthday and I got a new frig for my birthday! Not too sure what I'm going to do with it except try to snag something once in a while....It's where they keep my knuckle bones!!! Yummmmmy!
I got to go to doggy daycare today to play with my furry and non furry friends! Mom brought chocolate chip cookies for the non furry friends but
left the furry friends high n dry...I was kinda embarrassed!
Last night I had an experience that once again I'm embarrassed
about.
First off I love love love all my Beagle pup pals...Roscoe you know I ruv you!
Mom and I went on a walk last night and came up to the local post office.
Mom noticed two dogs which we see roaming all the time, they were
dumpster dogging ( no offense Niko) last night ...one was a Beagle and the other was a black Lab ( I love labs too!) Mom decided to turn away from their direction since they did not have a human with them and they were loose. Well they thought differantly and decided that I Looked better then the dumpster food....that little beagle ran right up to me and bite me in the hind end! mom swooped me up and the beagle kept hanging on and a growling ...mom was a screaming words that well.. I shouldn't hear and kicking her feet so they would get away I was wishing my God of Thunder would appear...THOR THOR WHERE ARE YOU THOR!...and then it happened.....I pee'd...I was so scared I pee'd on the beagle..and he let go. Mom was still screaming thinking I was going to be a bloody mess but thank God for the thick husky fur that I have...the biting beagle only had my fur....now it was dumpster slobbered on fur! Well she reported the two roaming pups and later that night the Police had a little altercation with the black lab...Isn't it sad that these pups aren't cared for by their familys that their left roaming in danger of being hit...or doing their own damage since it's pretty clear that they aren't getting the DOGSTER attention that they should be! Well I survived and........learned some new words!!!
Today is my birthday and I got a new frig!
AROOOOOO....
Ruv to all by pack ...Breezy

dogster withdrawl

FINALLY! OUR COMPUTER IS FIXED!
Mom and I were going through Dogster withdrawl
and missed reading all the adventures of our pup pals!
But we are back!
Good news from Northwest Ohio, the Lucas County Dog warden is going to start checking for mircochips in dogs. Before he depended on only a collar with tags to identify the families..so if the dog lost it's collar on the
route of his/her adventure they wouldnt locate the family
until the family came to them. Now mom thinks this is a great idea
because some adventurous pups travel many many miles and even
cross county lines, So for all those pups out there with microchips
you now have a chance if you should get adventurous!
I have learned the Loki Poki, the dance named after a very special pup pal
and possibly my future paw-in-law - Loki. I will be having a video screening
in the near future :)
Belly rubs to all- arooooooo
my new motto, even though I still Ruv Thor, is "Queen Bree it's all about ME"!

I was so glad to read my pal Loki's diary and that mom read that I
am a Husky and it is my duty to dig!
My boy Thor loves mudd as much as I do....except I never looked like an oreo! BOL!
My pal Roscoe wrote in his diary to say a prayer for his pal Hopscotch.
I'm glad to say that Hopscotch is now my pal and if you didnt read Roscoe's
request please read mine please say a prayer, Hopscotch is so cute but very sick.
My mom's heart hurts for her mom and dad.

Yesterday I got to go shopping at one of the many pet stores that mom and dad take me to! WOW... the smells it those places drives me crazy!
anyway ..... I now have a big girl collar! I wear a 10-16!
It even matches my fur!
I got some treats too but dad told mom not to give me too many ..something about the poop being running.....hmmmmmm.
before I say goodnight I would like to address some of my snow pals!
Rio...nice dirtpack .... keep digging..like I said it is our duty as huskies!
Tehya....cow pie? never had it is it tasty or just good to roll in?
Loki....neighbors- who needs em? keep hauling the stuff out there ..it helps with escavating!
Thor..what can I say you do no wrong in my eyes! Ruv you:)
Hopscotch we're praying for You!

my paradise has been surveyed

February 27th 2007 4:15 pm

I finally had to eat today. I have been on strike since Sunday night.
My mom would always put little treats in my food, like raw egg, yogurt,
chicken, rice and I started to only pick those things out and not eat my real
food. Sunday night all I had in my big bowl was dry hard brown food with no
special mommy treats.....At that point I went on strike and refused to eat!
Well tonight my belly was really really hungry and the sticks and dirt I was eating outside was not filling this husky appetite.....I broke down and ate my
food...I'm no longer on strike, I just couldn't take it anymore. They won.
Buttttt mom gave me a big knuckle bone from the meat market and told me not to tell daddy. I took it and hide it behind dad's pillow! I must keep it hidden so they don't find it! shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh dont' tell!

Mom went outside tonight to survey my paradise. She was not too happy at
my busy re-landscaping. What can I say my husky den is flooded from the
big thaw and well I was bored out there! I have started escavating a few new holes by the house. The dirt has really thawed out under the dryer vent, it blows nice warm air and now I have a nice big hole! I also started one on the other side of the house but it has already filled with water....my little winter pool! I have decided that sticks were not fun anymore and I have moved on to logs! I have taken the logs from the wood pile and have displayed them throughout the yard. Mom says she going to set a video camera up to see how I pulled them out there......sneaky mom very sneaky. The hibernating plants which are on my husky den are now a little smaller for I have decided to pluck them ever so gently. And the poo......well thats dad's fault he hasn't scooped lately and I refuse to go where it is dirty so I have slowly started moving closer to the house.....like I barked she is not happy. But I just flashed her my baby blues and of course she slipped me a treat and told me that she loved me and she understood cuz I was just bored. I love my mommy she is such a push over!
special Ruv to you Thor and Loki!
Ruv u all your pal Breezy

I want some attention..........

I have found a new way to get someones attenion when
they do not pay attention to me.
today I whined. I did not get the quick response that I
wanted......so I bit my mom in the back of the leg......now
shes looking! ok well it wasn't quite a bite...more like a nibble
like humans eat corn on the cob...small little nibbles.
IT WORKED! So when dad wasn't paying attention to me
I got em'! I like my new technique.
My snow is melting so I started to dig again. Not as easy as
before, the ground is still frozen, but I'm a determined
little husky.
good byhowlllllll for now

Hello to all my pup pals and Happy Valentines Day!
Today mom got to stay home with me, we got so much snow that we have a
level 3 snow emergency so only emergency vehicles and plows are to be
out on the road. My dad had to go to work since he is a State Trooper he had
to make sure everyone stayed at home. Mom took me on a long walk....I kinda
pulled her through the snow that hadn't been shoveled yet. She made me come in and said maybe later we would go again. All my neighbors laughed at me and said "at least someone is happy with all this snow". WHO WOULDN"T BE HAPPY! What a great Valentines Day! Well mom is going to let me go play in the snow drifts...she's going to video tape me.
Hope all you have a great day!

Hi everyone! I am now up to my belly in snow!
Well that is in some parts of my paradise. We have snow
drifts and they are so much fun to run through. My mom
is beginning to enjoy this cold weather as much as I do.
Her and dad bundle up in all these clothes and look quit big...
the only thing is I want to run and well they can hardly move
with all those layers!
I love being a snowdog!
it's starting to snow again!

Mom took me on a walk and my sled dog instinct kicked in and I pulled
her and pulled her and pulled her......she had to run in her snow boots
but I kept on pulling! She was laughing so hard telling me "what a good
sled dog Bree" I made her stay outside for an hour and a half...she didn't
mind because we both have been waiting for this special day....MY FIRST
SNOW. Mom has posted more pictures of me on my special day.
For all the Huskies who haven't had snow ....I'll keep doing the snow dance for you!
I'm heading back out in it ...it's still coming down!

Hello pup pals!
Today we had a light dusting of snow....not the footage that I wanted
but little is better then nothing!
There is a hole under the swings which I work on when it's warm out.
This hole was full of water from the rain last week and is now frozen.
Well today I worked and worked and worked and got it loose AROOOOO
WOOOOOO I had soooo much fun flipping that piece of ice around, chasing it, flipping it again and again! So thank you God for the snow and ice ....Little

Today my paradise, my backyard, is sloppy & squishy! I do love water
however, I do not like squishy grass between my paw pads! As I wrote
to a pup pal earlier, we ( huskies ) are snowdogs NOT ducks!
Mom keeps telling me of the big adventure we will be going on in February. My family will be taking me to Drummond Island Michigan for a big
Siberian Husky sled race. Of course I can only watch, but I'll get to see
some old friends from where mom and dad got me! And best of all I get to see SNOW. I know I talk alot about snow but I'm so excited to see it and play in it...I hope it's as fun as everyone tells me!

Happy New Year to all my pals!
My first holiday season has come and gone. What neat things I
discovered! I ate one of mom's wooden reindeer....pulled a bird ornament off the tree.... torn a cottonball snowman to bits...opened a couple presents
before Christmas and stayed up to see 2007 arrive! Today, Jan 1st, I slept
in until mom made me go out... I think it was the treats that I ate when they fell on the floor!
I am still however waiting for SNOW!
Happy New Year !

Today I got to go to doggie day care! Mom and Dad had to work all day
and usaully Dad comes home for lunch to let me out and play. But when
he isn't able to I get to go to Rover Come Over ...my daycare! I love to go there ... I get to play with lots of dogs and the sitters told mom that the
Northern breeds, which I am, form packs when we get together...heck I'm
just playing! So today it was raining again, I wish it were snow, so when it
rains and I play in the mud, which I love to do, then when I get home mom
has to give me a bath. I do not like baths! I love love love to swim but I do not like baths! I howl and whine, huskies do this very well, and act as if my life
was going to end! It doesn't help she just howls back at me, mom that is, and
she isn't very good at it. Leave the howling to me mom .... you do not sound
like a HUSKY!
