Lacey's "Paw"-tobiography

SHOWS AND DEMOS

After i had learned a few things, my "mom" and i started going and showing people how smart i am. we started w/ 4-H and then went to schools, and nursing homes and senior centers an then we went on t.v. the things i do are bring items that my "mom" asks for (shoes, remote, etc.) taking things to people my "mom" tells me to, but the best one of all is my spelling. i have 64 toys that i know how each one is spelled. this one got me on t.v. 4 times. now i'm learning some new things w/ my big brother and my adopted daughter. then we are going to try to get back on t.v. w/ my little human "daughter". i wish they would hurry up and learn their roles...........

NEW BEGINNINGS:

After i came to my new home and settled in, my "mom" started teaching me things. I learned that you can't go potty in the house; that the word sit means to put my butt on the ground (knew how, just didn't know it had a name) and that balls are fun to chase. i got a new pink bunny to play w/ that had a squeaky thing inside. my big brother said i was supposed to try to get that out, but "mom" told me if i did my toy would be tore up. so, i listened to "mom" and took care of all the toys i got. now i have more then my big brother. i learned that bathtubs aren't all that bad (but it would be nice to have more room to swim and deeper water). then we started having more fun.............

the Beginning

I came into this world on Dec. 1, 1998. I was born in a barn stall along w/ 3 sisters and a brother. My mom's name is Meg and my father is Ben. We lived in this barn till our new people came to get us. When I was 4 wks old this lady came and looked at me and two of my sisters (the other one had already been spoken for) and decided she liked me best. Two and a half wks later she came and got me and took me for a ride in this real scary thing; but since she held me in her arms all the way home and talked to me, I knew I'd be ok. When I got to my new home there were other people that I got to see, and 2 other dogs that I found out I would be living w/. And so my new life began...........
