though we didn't meet lucy til september 2003 at a rescue foster home, she was born sept. 9 2001, the day we signed the lease on our first apartment here in san francisco, commiting to move back home after 5 years in nyc! we didn't realize the coincidence til entering in her birthdate on this site!
