Thunder, lightning/fireworks, stormdrains, reflections caused by shiny objects. And photography---photo #1 was snapped when she wasn't paying attention (therefore it's a bit blurry); in photo #2, her head is being turned to face the camera.

Anything, everything...and more of it.

Favorite Walk:
Anywhere. She was very good at DEMANDING her evening walks.

Best Tricks:
Able to tell time, she always knew when 4:00 (dinnner time) rolled around. Also, good at howling along with sirens.

Arrival Story:
Sammy came into our lives in 1990 when she was about 3 years old. A family friend has rescued her when her previous owner was sent to the slammer. Sammy was eXtremely timid and frightened; she did her best to escape from the yard. Within a few days, she knew she was in a good place and was so happy to finally find a stable and very loving home. She loved and appreciated us even more because she had seen the rough side of life. We will probably have many more dogs in the future but Sammy will hold a special place in my family's hearts. She passed away in March 04, at the ripe old age of about 16 or 17.

Bio:
We thought she was the most beautiful dog in the world and she is missed very much.
